Excellent customer service
I ordered a gaming chair from electrocity which arrived very quick but was damaged. It was dealt with straight away. Customer service is excellent, Ronan thank you very much, it was greatly appreciated how you turned it around. Would purchase again and highly recommend.

I ordered a american fridge in the Kilkenny store in August, i was fully aware that i would have to wait for the 6-8 weeks they stated at the time
I contacted Kilkenny store at 8 weeksand when i finally got a call back they said bad news was it wasn't there but was definitely in on Nov 26th-28th.
I called back the week of Nov 26th to be told that it had come in and was marked for me (16 were due in and 5 were pre-ordered, i was one of the 5), but it had been sent to someone else, but not to worry because more were coming in on Dec 16th..... fantastic quality of service.... not

I expected that click and collect would…
I expected that click and collect would mean arrive, collect and go but I was waiting about 10 minutes, in store, on my spot.........no one wants to be waiting in doors in these times. Customer service once I got to the counter was very good.

I’ve ordered three different appliances…
I’ve ordered three different appliances from electricity in the past week. Two of the items were collected directly from the store where I received excellent and prompt service and the third item was posted out express post, arriving within two days. I highly recommend Kilkenny ElectroCity for friendly and efficient service.

Thank you so much to Ronan on assisting me on getting my particular tablet during the Black Friday sales! He was extremely accommodating and assisted me in everyway possible when I was experiencing difficulties on my side. I ordered the tablet on the Thursday and it arrived by post on the Friday! I wasn't aware of ElectroCity prior to this but I will order off the company again if I need any technology products! Thanks again. 10/10 service!

Fairly sad state of affairs
Fairly sad state of affairs, when you have to email their support to request the tracking details. Ordered a TV for my partner a week ago, and ordered a stand for it on Amazon the day after, the stand arrived from Amazon UK today and still no sign of the TV from Electrocity, a delivery within my own country. Their support couldn't even tell me where it was. Never again will buy here, that's for sure.. Stick to the bigger names like Power City, Harvey Normans or Currys..

Unfortunately the issue is with the postal service, we provided you with the Tracking number for same on request, unfortunately once we dispatch the order is in the hands of the Express Post Parcel service, and we are so sorry that this is being held up somewhere for you, demand is high at the moment however we would of expected it to move quicker through the process with them,
Regretfully this is out of our hands at the moment but I can see that our customer support team have been working to update you as best we can and have also offered you a partial refund at our own expense for this postal delay, please be assured that these circumstances would be no different if ordered from our friends in the companies you name above,
