Ok let me start by saying I bought fiido m21 bike from the seller honestly all went fine because the package came on time but DPD MESSED all up by saying it was too big to lift out from there van and before my eyes the driver drove up can’t still believe it up till now after several calls to DPD nothing happened but instead the seller was not been supportive infact I got my refund and purchased somewhere else making online purchases difficult to trust.

Buying experience excellent, delivery on time, bike condition is good, but only complaint the courier delivery to wrong place, I need to find our bike in difference neighbors and courier haven't provide any help.

Really fast, but no contact to let you know when the bike was coming.

Very good. Cheapest price for electric bike I could find, and delivered in under 5 days. Only criticism would be I didn’t know the bike was being delivered until the day it was arriving (someone was home to receive though), but that might be due to delivery company. Good little bike too, Fiido d21.

Electrochains provided a good purchasing experience; good information about the bike, easy purchasing process. Also, the bike arrived really well packed, and everything was present.
My one gripe would be about providing comfort that my order was on the way. This relied on the shipping partner, so I emailed Electrochains to ask for an update during the week or so that I had heard nothing. They responded that I would be hearing soon, but it would be nice to be kept informed. Apart from that a great experience!

The seat post keeps on slipping,I Keep adjusting it...I tried to tighten it more until the quick release bolt snapped.I just bought it last week and used it for few times.I'ma bit disappointed.I tried to contact the support team, someone replied but I didn't get anymore follow up updates.

ordered an ebike.. fast delivery 5 days arrived at 7.30am but did not recieve the email to tell me it was on it,s way until 7.54am ,(good job i was up and about) on unboxing found that the deraileur bracket had been bent inwards towards the wheel and a adjustment screw for the deraileur was also damaged(no fault of electrochains, probably down to storage and delivery) anyway i managed to get the parts straightened and get the bike up and going.. happy with my purchase everything working and running fine all as described.. thankyou electrochains

This is my second review, lets call it an update. I brought my Fiido DS4 in April and have been enjoying it so much, excellent bike. I trust Electrochains UK, they were brilliant at replying to my emails when I ordered my bike and I had questions… I’m hoping to buy the Fiido T1 next April and I will be buying it from Electrochains.

Bike stopped working after 2 days no help from yourselves really no phone number to call!

Loving my new T1 which arrived on time and undamaged many thanks to the small but efficient team at Electrochains for your help and speedy reply to my questions via email, keep up the good work guys.
For anyone thinking of contacting from these guys or need product info I would recommend contacting via email I had a very quick and precise response.
