Definitely a scam. They write "Paypal" and "Authorize.net" all over the place, but you never visit those websites as part of the order process. They take the credit card and cvv on their own site. I entered completely fake credit card details and the order processed without any problem at all -- "Authorize.net" clearly not involved. "electroca.com" is clearly just harvesting card details.
