Phone number which is printed on unit…

Phone number which is printed on unit in 2 places and which is on the display screen on the unit is non-functional (repeated attempts by myself and my wife at multiple times). When I phoned the customer service number, they said they "are not aware of that number" and then when I tried to do a card payment through them, they informed me that the unit was faulty and not in service. Nowhere on the unit did it say that (Electronic display screen, etc). Total waste of time - this company is a mess. Don't use.
