Excellent customer service
This is the 2nd car I have had through Electric Car Scheme and they have always been extremely helpful. As some people know confirming delivery dates on cars can sometimes be challenging depending on what is currently in stock. But I was kept very well updated, first with ball park dates and then confirmed dates.

I was umming and arring for a while…
I was umming and arring for a while about making the leap to an EV, charlie was amazing and explained everything well, even though i didnt make the jump first time i enquired. No question was too stupid and he really took the time to answer any question i had. I eventually commited to an EV and charlie was amazing as were the delivery lady, the operations lady tara and everyone i encountered in the process. The delivery date was communicated well and the process was really easy from start to finish, could not recommend enough and i LOVE the car. Absolute game changer. Thankyou all, especially charlie who went above and beyond.

Superb customer service
The agent I dealt with “Chelsea” was excellent from start to finish. Originally reaching out a year ago before I was ready to make the move to electric and then through regular check ins. Once ready she explained the options available and the process steps, as well as supplying details on some of the vehicles I had in my short list. After decision was made the process to complete the order was as simple as ABC, completed in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend the electric car scheme as an easy way to transition into an electric vehicle

My experience with Louis from the…
My experience with Louis from the electric car scheme was very positive, Louis kept me up to date with the whole process and was always available should I have any questions or queries. The hand over of my vehicle went very smoothly and everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Louis has since kept in touch with me to ensure I am happy with my vehicle and advised that any issues I may have going forward I should not hesitate to contact him.
