I was well looked after,
Doctors Nd nurses were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond

The surgeon Mr cheema was kind and caring and the Hospital staff were brilliant, Lauren took great care of my wife during her stay and was very caring.
I would highly recommend using this hospital to anyone.

From going for my first consultation with Mr Cheema I was so impressed with the company, having researched my procedures thoroughly I was fully informed, no pressure and was asked to go away and make sure I was happy with what he suggested, no hard sell, unlike other places I had visited.
I decided to go ahead and so glad I did, went into the superb Mcr hospital where all the staff really are the unsung heroes of this hospital. Mr Cheema is obviously a genius at what he does but the care, respect and professionalism shown by all other members of staff, were second to none, nothing was too much trouble, spent two nights as an in patient, food was superb, vast menu choice.
Two days after surgery I was allowed home with an extensive follow up & after care plan to help me continue this journey, so glad I picked Electiva.

Literally every single nurse, HXA and Dr are lovely here.
Special mention to Shirin. She is so lovely and made my time fly when I was extremely nervous. I would go back in a heartbeat

Transform were great from the start. Everyone was so friendly and put me at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.
I needed help to get out of bed overnight and the night nurse was truly wonderful. Made sure I was comfortable and as pain free as possible.
Mark Gorman was fantastic, would highly recommend him, he know what I wanted from the off and although only post op day 2 I can see its going to look amazing.

I had upper bleph surgery from Dr Ahmed Alsayed who I must say was absolutely amazing. He explained the process and took the time to answer all my questions and encouraged me to share any concerns I had. The surgery went very smoothly and quickly with all the staff involved putting me at ease and I am absolutely delighted with my results.
The only reason I did not score 5 stars was due to the communication issues with appointments. There appears to be a mix up between the Manchester and Glasgow clinics who appear to work together, which caused mayhem by cancelling/ re-arranging appointments which was very stressful due to having to plan my appointments/surgery around my work commitments.

I recently underwent a breast augmentation with the surgeon Mr Persico. He made me feel very at ease and knew exactly what I wanted straight away. My surgery was so smooth and I couldn’t fault him at all. The nurses/anesthesiologist were all so very lovely. Highly recommend. Not a bad word to say. Thankyou for my transformation.

I recently had a breast reduction at Electiva Manchester. Three people stood out for me with care and attension. Sarah Finnagan, Clinic Manager, she goes above and beyond for you and nothing is to much trouble, she is excellent at her Job. Nurse Olivia, lovely lady, makes you feel at ease and takes everything at your pace. Surgeon Mark Gorman, such a lovely down to earth man who makes you feel at ease as soon as you meet him, as for the surgery i could not have asked for anyone better, what a transformation cannot thank him and the team enough, i would highly recomend Elictiva there care and expertise is beyond what you could wish. Thanks guys.

Had a great experience with Mr Bhatty, the staff were friendly and the food was great.

From first having the conversation with Sophie to meeting my consultant everything was 5 star Mr Cheema is excellent Initial consultation was very helpful he listened to what I wanted to achieve and he gave me different options really pleased with the results I would most certainly return with no hesitations if I wanted more surgery, the staff are very caring and helpful in the hospital from nurses and theatre staff everyone gives a very high standard of care would definitely recommend.

Everyone from the front desk, nurses, cleaners, ward staff, surgeons were so courteous. I had a very comfortable AMAZING stay and felt the care I received was first class and cannot thank them enough 😄

I had a breast augmentation with Mr Hassan and the whole team were incredible, the staff were extremely attentive and supportive with the transition of going into theatre and being prepared for surgery.

Everyone was very well mannered, extremely professional and informative and nothing was ever too much of an ask just a 5 star experience.

I felt welcomed by all the staff. I had a brow lift and choose to have local (awake) No paid during the procedure, my surgeon communicated to me throughout the surgery. (Hes the best)

Im 2-weeks post operation, the results are amazing. I absolutely love the outcome.

Im saving up for a neck and lower face lift, I will be using Transform again.

Very professional, your care seemed to be at the forefront of their business.

Lots of checks to make sure you are who you say you are, same when seeing consultants and nurses in making sure they all know what procedure you’re in for from checking in at reception up to being in the theatre too.

After care was very good, had your own room and got a menu of food to choose from.

The procedure itself went well and they approved some re-work to maximise the effect of the initial work.

Regular calls in the days and weeks after to make sure you’re doing well.

I highly recommend this clinic in Manchester.

I was looked after so well and would recommend to anyone considering private treatment. My care has been fantastic!

From start to finish I was treated with respect and dignity. I was nervous as I’d never been put under before but was constantly reassured. Every staff member I came into contact with was just incredible, answered all my questions and made me feel 100% comfortable from pre surgery all the way to discharge. Anything I needed was sorted out straight away. Even through the night when I pressed the buzzer for assistance I was seen to immediately. No faults at all with my experience, I would definitely recommend to friends and family and if I ever want another procedure would without a doubt go down the same route. Electiva and transform have been fantastic!
