They continuously post spam mail in Kilsyth.

My power went out and I needed an electrician to fix a faulty mains fuse box. The electrician attended and said to restore power, total cost is $5000, and work could only be done the next day. I asked to see the quote and what he planned to do, but he refused. I reluctantly agreed to the works, as I was in a vulnerable situation, without power.

The next day, after 3 hours work (all work including initial inspection was done during standard business hours), a new fuse box and standard switchboard upgrade later, he demanded immediate payment, even before the power was reconnected. Refused to leave my property and threatened to take down work unless bank transfer was made immediately.

Only after power was reconnected 10 hours later I discovered one of the circuits did not work, and other circuits trip constantly. I thought for $5000, at least my house internal wiring would be checked and replaced. He also damaged tiles on my roof and refused to repair it properly - I had to call my own tiler to fix their damage.

When I called the company, they refused to return and later sent an email saying no refunds and no warranties. Then sent a letter saying any negative reviews will result in legal action (which is probably why there are not more one-star reviews).

Fraudulent companies, poor technology, random charges, and they can expand the problem of just connecting a wire to replacing the entire meter panel. Moreover, the materials are inferior, which makes the work extremely unstable and often trips inexplicably. Please be careful not to be fooled by them.

My elderly mothers power went out and as she requires power for medical devices, I called a number of electricians who said it could take up to 4 hours. When I called Elec + Solutions and explained the situation they said they would try to get someone out ASAP but would need to call me back to confirm. Within 5 minutes I’d received a call to confirm an electrician would be out within 45 minutes. Thirty minutes later Izzy arrived (wearing a mask and gloves) diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the problem and cost and was all fixed within 15 minutes. He was extremely polite and understanding of my mothers condition and why we requested the urgency. I highly recommend Electric + Solutions.

Izzy and Tony installed and replaced lights. Recommended products and placement has made a huge difference to the livability of our house. Also installed powerpoints smoke alarm and updated the fusebox and other minor repairs. They were friendly, courteous and prompt. Would definitely recommend if any electrical work needed doing. Great job cleaning up.

Partial power failure in the household and needed an electrician urgently. Elec+Solution organised for the electrician and sent text messages of ETA. Electrician arrived on time, sussed out the problem, quoted and explained in detail the problems he needed to fix.

I subsequently called him back late in the evening on an unrelated matter and he came back immediately to fix at no charge.
