I bought an Elecjet graphene powerbank on Amazon and after very little use the IE\UK plug adapter that comes with the charger fell apart. I've written an email to both the addressees on their website and I also tried to get in touch through Amazon, but no response whatsoever. It's a pity because the powerbank looks sturdy and functional

I cannot recommend this company. I made a contribution through Indiegogo for the Elecjet Apollo Ultra Powerbank. The battery display stopped working, and the company has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. The product is advertised as having a 24 month warranty, and my Indiegogo contribution came with an additional 12 month warranty. I've sent messages every few weeks and have tried through Indiegogo, their website's live chat, email, and even Amazon. It's been 10 months, and I haven't received one response from them.

I purchased an adaptor – within less than a few hours of use the product burnt out my Apple Monitor, rendering it unusable.

I wrote to Elecjet and initially had a positive communication, but they went radio silent after I provided them with the request images.

I’ve written in via email and chat every few weeks and haven’t received any response, it’s been over 3 months since receiving any communication – even on their live chat.

I backed these guys on Indiegogo 2022.02.16. It arrived 2022.04.28 but without the Elecjet GaN 120W Charger included in the Apollo Ultra Bundle. I eventually received this on 2022.07.11 after many emails.

Then last night 2023.02.27 there was a burning smell in the bedroom. This morning I found the charger had blown up with a hole in the side and some melting. I was lucky the house didn't burn down.

Avoid.

Would give 0 stars if possible.
I placed an order over 18 months ago and still have not received anything. I have contacted the company mulitple times, waiting weeks for replies and told my order would be ship ASAP. About 6 months ago I gave up trying to get my order fulfilled until I get an email from the company asking me to remove my trustpilot review. The cheek! and they even called me by the wrong name in the email. I agree I may delete my review if they fulfilled my order but still nothing. Joke of a company avoid like the plague.

Apollo charger is great and arrived after the campaign was funded. I also received the 120W wall charger, which did take a few extra months, but considering it was an additional gift I have no complaints. Support did respond to me on every occasion I emailed them. Overall I'm pretty happy with Elecjet and would probably purchase more products in the future.

Not sure how everyone else has had such a bad experience. I got 2 batteries off Indiegogo and they're brilliant! Charges really fast off their plug, and charges my phone really fast (up to 3 times worth!). Can even keep my laptop running as well.

Haven't had to get in touch with them personally, so cannot comment on that feedback, but their stuff is top quality for sure.
Sell tonnes of stuff on Amazon as well

Battery screen went bad, I have been promised a replacement and now radio silence. I follow up with emails asking for updates and still nothing. 2 year warranty does no good it there is no one to support it.

Not sure they deserve even 1 star. They fill your inbox with dross, promises that are not fulfilled, delivery tracking numbers that don't get recognised. They have convinced me to give up on Indiegogo too. Don't go anywhere near them or anyone associated with them

Spent about 180$ $ on a scam, They just scam and don’t answer, or make you wait and never send anything…I finally got my money back after 26 emails. I thought indiegogo was a good reference, but it doesn't seem to make any difference : they don't care about the clients, they do not communicate to keep hiding they don't have the items in stock. Do not, under any circumstances trust this team.

Do not buy anything from this company!
The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. No answers to my emails for weeks. Package lost after months at the carrier, no one cares to replace it. No answer to the question why I don’t get an answer to my email. Paid 146$ for more than one year of waiting and got nothing for it.
This company doesn’t care about customers, when they have your money they don’t care about you.
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a power bank from this company 8 months ago!!! I contacted them several times and each time hoping that they will answer and tell me that they will send me the product. Each time I reached them, they were sorry for the inconvenience and told me to wait for the confirmation email that my order is on the way, which never came. In summary, I spent 100$ and time on a SCAM. From this experience, I 100% do not recommend this firm. Please stay away from it for your own sake. By the way, they manage review on their websites to their liking by deleting the poor reviews.

Please dont buy from them. They are liars!!!
Sell you something else then you recieve something else, i have ordered p20 power bank from them and they sent me p10 and after that there was a series of lies which never ended and in the end they stopped replying. Will file a dispute with my bank and make sure they dont get paid for this fraud they are doing.

I backed this company on Indiegogo for a powerbank. I got neither the powerbank or my money back, just lie after lie after lie excuse after excuse after excuse countless times like a broken record.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever seen, just shocking business practise to take someones money and fob them off in every way possible. Disgusting.

Bought more than a month ago, has been stuck in transit in China since 7. juli.
Wrote customer service more than a week ago and have not gotten a reply.
I hope this can be resolved soon.
