If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The product that arrived was not leather. The shipping took 4 weeks. Communication is with AI-can never get a real person. Buyer beware!
Saw videos on Instagram featuring “Eleanor” the artisan leather craftswoman crying because after 30 years of hand making all her bags her hands could no longer do it and she was closing her business and shop. Everything was 80% off. Photos of the inside and outside were featured along with a grandmotherly pic of Eleanor. I ordered a bag, which the confirmation the next day came from a Chinese shipping company. I believe this video and company are frauds. Facebook and Instagram have removed their sites.
