Impossible to pass identity verification and start selling since they started using ondato. They chose the absolute worst kyc provider. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO PASS ondato verification process.

Horrible customer service I got scammed, and have proof of it and eldorado support said bc I didn’t buy protection from a seller named “Pumpky” they’re gonna let the person pull the account back and get away with my $200!!! Firstly do NOT buy fortnite or any kind of accounts from the name listed. Secondly, Eldorado is horrible at keeping people from pulling accounts that you bought back. Third of all, this isn’t a first time experience, I’ve been a longtime shopper of Eldorado, but I got scammed back to back on solely Fortnite, and Dragon ball Legends accounts, I genuinely hate to say Eldorado let me down. Don’t do any kind of business nor even think of putting any kind of money with them unless you want to hurt your wallet.
