Customer Service Support

This review is strictly for Customer Service. I love the products but if I don't get a response back for my damaged shipment I will no longer be a loyal customer. I purchased over $200 worth of products and the shipment arrived damaged. I've sent 7 emails trying to get some help with ZERO response back. This has gone on for too long now, the website says they will get back no later than 24 hours it has now been 4 days with 7 emails to customer support and to the info email address. I would call to discuss but there is no phone number on the site. Until this is resolved I will be forced to keep giving bad reviews. The company really needs to take a look at their customer service. Highly Dissapointed with Elatebeauty!!!
