Terrible product, took a month to receive. After two pills I had to stop, terrible odor even coworkers 10’ away complained of the garlic smell. You taste it for hours after swallowing the pill. No contact other than email and totally unresponsive. Stay away!!

The garlic capsules are not odorless. I’m unable to tolerate taking these pills because my stomach gets upset. I burp, garlic burps and have a garlic taste in my mouth for the entire day. Customer service is poor and difficult to reach. Website tricks you into automatically enrolling you in a monthly order scheme I’m now stuck with a half a years worth of tablets after 31 days and I’m not able to get any sort of refund. I could give zero stars if that was an option. , I would avoid this company like the plague

Advertised as odorless but not sure what that means. The first time I took it, within minutes, I started burping up garlic and I definitely had the taste of garlic in my mouth. My entire family complained about the smell and asked me to stop taking it. I stopped taking it and the smell off my body still lingered according to my wife and mother. It was so bad, my wife begged me to chew gum or anything to mask the smell. Not sure about the health benefits because I quit taking it within days of receiving it. Very disappointing.

I only give 1 star so I could write my review this company is an absolute scam they say there product odourless not a chance I've taken it for 2 days and no one will come anywhere near me and now they are offering me a 30% refund when they say it's money back guarantee. Keep away I just wish I had read the reviews.

It’s not odorless. I just took a couple of pills and I got the garlic odor everywhere I go. Not good

They advertise and sell a product they claim is an ODORLESS garlic supplement. I took one and I stunk of bad garlic all day. I cut open a gelcap to be sure it wasn't just me. I smelled awful! I had to disinfect the area to get rid of the smell. They make getting a refund impossible. Do not buy from ELARE!

This stuff is AWFUL.
One capsule taken and I already stink, with the most horrendous taste of garlic in my mouth too. Having read the issues others have had, I've just chucked all 3 packets in the bin- I'm going to write this off as a lesson rather than fanny around arguing for a refund.
Whether it 'works' or not, I'll never be able to say, but it's most definitely NOT odourless!

Initially, the product arrived weeks after ordering it. The product did not work to lower my blood pressure, and left me with an odor that family, friends, and coworkers could not tolerate. The customer service does not offer phone number and they do not honor the return policy on their website. If I could rate my experience with Elare lower than 1 star, I most definitely would.

We recived the product and it was not odorless and tasteless as described so we asked for a refund and the customer service was horrible! I was asked repeatedly to accept a lesser amount starting with 20%, then 25% and then 50% even though I kept telling them that I wanted a full refund! They also claimed to have cancelled my subscription which I was careful not to agree to in the first place. As of now I am still waiting for a satisfactory response. I am furious that I have had to go back and forth with stupid emails.

Well for one u don't say anything about ur garlic oder sepping out of ur pores even after u shower and that makes it hard to work with the public as I'm a,security guard.

BUYER BEWARE:
I usually only rate 5 star experiences however after dealing with this company, I would rate a 0 if I could. We tried this product and realized our bodies were not handling the way the garlic pills are made. I discovered your automatically signed up for renewals, I attempted to reach out to the company to make sure I had not set up auto renewal in mid March… no response… then on April 4th (Saturday), I received an email stating our shipment was ready to be shipped. I immediately emailed the company again and asked for this to be canceled, I received a confirmation email stating the would cancel.. Monday comes along and we were charged $50 something for the membership.. I asked for a refund, they said they could not refund our money because our shipment had been sent out already… on Tuesday I receive an email with tracking information stating “your package is on the way”.. I emailed them again asking for the refund, again… nothing but “we understand your frustration” email…
Long story short,
If you choose to buy with no intention of setting up renewals then make sure to deselect the auto selection.. they kept telling me I checked the box… obviously I had not or I wouldn’t be wasting my time trying to get my money back. This will also be reported to the BBB and whatever other page I can post on regarding this matter. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing from this company, there are to many similar stories..I truly hope they change how they deal with business. The website made it seem as if you were stuck. No phone number listed and you had to dig to find the support email. Please don’t waste your money as I’m sure there are many reputable companies out there!

I purchased the garlic because it claimed to be orderless. It is not odorless as advertised, and it caused a strong garlic smell to emit from my breath and body. Throughout the day I could taste the garlic and it was offensive. After three days of taking it, I asked Elare for a return authorization. Shella responded and keep asking the same question, I told them I wanted to return the product in my first email. I have tired of trying and will now be contacting my bank to dispute the charge.

I have tried several times to cancel my subscription. I feel trapped. The option they give to cancel which asks for your email to receive a link does not work. A
"Something went wrong message" pops up.
I am beyond frustrated!

I’d give it a zero if possible. My husband took one pill and the strong garlic odor not only took over his body but the entire room that he walks in! Never even had fresh garlic smell that bad or that strong. Biggest false advertising campaign I’ve seen in years. Odorless - yeah, right. Elare should make all their employees and family members take it - then tell us it’s odorless.

Just received the product. Day 1, I took it on an empty stomach, BP was 185/101. That was a mistake. Checked it just before dinner and BP was 160/94. Have to see how it goes. I'll deal with the garlic if it works.

Have been taking for 6 weeks 3x a day as stated, blood pressure has not moved, didn't do a thing for me except empty my wallet.

It’s okay, I bought this a few months ago and have been taking 2 gel capsules a day. There is a lot of odor when they claimed the gels to be odorless. Blood pressure hasn’t changed much but I haven’t had any side effects. I will keep taking and will see what happens in another month

My blood pressure has drop is steady/ within normal range. Brisk walking is better. Subscription needs to be made easier.

The 'oderless' aged garlic is not odourless as is claimed. Also it was not explicit that you are buying a monthly subscription. Despite numerous emails to the 'Elare support' the matter has not been resolved to my satisfaction. I am putting my loss of £60 down to experience and just binning the 5 packets and moving on. Absolutely disgusted with this whole episode.
