This company is horrible!!! There is no phone number to call for customer service, only and email address. My product came so late, that I was about to report a scam. Then they automatically sent another batch claiming I had checked the auto fill box, when I had NOT! The second batch was absolutely NOT odorless, was burping garlic for days, gave my husband such awful garlic breath his co-workers asked him to stop. Worst thing was, they refused to give me the 30 day refund as advertised. We had multiple email conversations back and forth, And they refused to believe that I had not checked that box. I got nothing. Scam! False advertizing!
Update…they finally offered me a 20% refund as a “curtesy”. I told them that was no curtesy, as they still owed me for the rest of the refund for the original batch as advertised, money back guarantee if not fully satisfied, and for the unauthorized batch they sent me.

Terrible product. My wife and friends all complained the smell of garlic for three days!
I sent email to complain and advise them it was braking trading standards act by advertising it was oderless.
Had a reply email advising me that I had a subscription order on the way of which I did not sign up to.
Total scam company avoid at all cost.

Company refused to provide a list of ALL the ingredients in their product, as their website only lists "key" ingredients. Emailed twice. Twice they avoided answering. This is a question I put to any company from whom I am purchasing supplements. This is the first time I have had a company refuse to answer my question.🤔

Terrible taste and smell. Everyone around me could smell garlic. So embarrassing as I was in a public place.

Odourless, my ass. 1 capsule and my wife makes me sleep in the spare room. Feel like I just ate an entire garlic chicken.

Absolute scam. You will wait ages for delivery and you will only take one capsule. Within 10 minutes you and your whole house will stink like rancid garlic. It’s like a solvent and I’m not sure it’s even safe.
You will also be automatically signed up to repeat payments. Make you sure you immediately cancel your subscription and block this company with your bank. Avoid like the plague. You have been warned.

So I took the one garlic and within about 5 to 10 minutes it was very quick All the sudden I started getting this acid reflux of huge horrible taste of garlic in my throat My stomach is nauseous now I wish I could just throw it up and be done with it now for over an hour even with anti-acids and so on I just can't get this horrible horrible disgusting taste out of my mouth Don't buy this it it's just terrible The heartburn has now been for over 2 hours The upset stomach and wish I would have known that they had such a lover of you

Bought this product and its terrible, the issue a 30 day return policy and no matter how many times we email them they either refuse to answer or refuse refund - we also was in a subscription enroll which we were not aware of , i want to take this further as i could not take them took for 2 weeks and i had to stop taking as my employers told me too as i offended my colleagues in the office , we want a refund to 2 lots that were ordered as cant take and the other they sent on the subscription enroll

I bought some to help with my husband's heart health as he loves garlic. We both took one tablet as suggested and both suffered horrendous side effects. The smell is overpowering and lasts 4 days! The pain to my stomach was like I had been kicked, I felt sick and nauseous for 2 says, the burping was constant and my husband was just as bad.
It is also an automatic subscription.
Beware!!!
The money back guarantee is also fraudulent, i have written 3 emails to the company asking for a refund, and have been ignored. The last one offered me 20% refund " as a valued customer "!
The bank have been my biggest support, as they have put in a claim on my behalf. I just hope my review stops others from making the same mistake.
I flushed them down the toilet, and that smelt for 2 days as well!

Elare is the company i am referring to and omg i generally never have any problems with supplements or pills but these softgels r not odorless, they made my gut do flip flops. This company elare is very dishonest the only way anybody would reorder from these guys is by mistake!! A terrible product, i took 4 softgels for 4 days and i just couldnt do it anymore. I might as well try to get my money back cause im not taking anymore,

My fiancee purchased this product and I must say after the first day he reeked of garlic, it made my stomach upset. As ye continued using the got worse after 5 days I refused to kiss or talk to him as evertime he opened it got worse. I do not this product as it has a strong odor after first use

My husband has been taking this for 2 months now. No change in blood pressure at all. He smells so badly of garlic. I walk into a room we're he is and the smell of garlic is overwhelming. It says you won't smell of garlic

I bought the Oderless Aged Garlic extract for lowering my BP- THE ODOR IS OFFENSIVE- BURPS THROUGHOUT DAY AND SMELL COMING OUT IN MY PORES- EVERYONE IS TELLING ME I SMELL HORRIBLE. NOT SURE IF THIS IS A SUBSCRIPTION _ BUT I WILL NOT BE GETTING ANYMORE< OR TAKING THE REST OF MY 90 DAYS!

This company takes first place in being the absolute worst I've ever dealt with. They claim odor free aged garlic supplement for cardiovascular health with a 30 day, money back guarantee. I placed an order from a promo they were doing on 2/17/26. I received a confirmation email with no order or tracking number. I sent several emails requesting order status. No response. The order arrived without any updates on 3/5/26. I started the product the next day. I had a garlic taste in my mouth and my breath was horrible and whatever room l was in smelled of garlic. My wife said that's enough you need to stop. I attempted to contact the company for return and credit. No response after several emails. Then on the 17th of March I received an email stating my new shipment was getting ready to ship. I sent more emails indicating I no longer wanted the product. No response. Contacted my card company and filed a dispute against them. I'm currently waiting on their findings. In the meantime i have no way to stop the orders from coming. It has been a nightmare. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I'm going to contact the Better Business Bureau as well.
Please look for alternatives and do your homework. This companies ads are of the highest quality and I did check them out because they were so well done. Total Scam Artists in my opinion

definitely not odourless haven't got through the first 30 tablets and I stink lol so my wife tells me she did not know I was taking the product and she nailed it told me I stank of garlic lol.New I was conned from the start as the subscription was automatically applied and was lucky to spot it at the start and immediately canceled it. will not be consuming the remaining product .All around a BAD experience ,Guess getting money bad would be like herding cats.

I am not happy with this product. The guys at work are opening up windows and doors because they say I reek of garlic. Apparently, it is not orderless.

Will chock it up to lesson learned.

Should have read these reviews first before purchasing.

Customer service emails either bounce back or are ignored. They automatically sign you up for a subscription. The product is not odorless. Avoid!!

I should have checked trust pilot first. This product made me sick (I literally had to leave work) and smells terrible. I felt like I was poisoned for a day and still stink a day later. I emailed to get my money back but like others here, received no response.
DO NOT ORDER THIS.

The worst experience ever. I did not realize I had to uncheck “subscription”.
I mailed to cancel, reply said I had to click the link in email, which was nonexistent.
Then got an email answer with a link to cancel, also saying it was too late to cancel this next one.
So I click the link anyway and it asks for my email so they will send a link to cancel. I did it twice and of course got no such link. This has been a total nightmare. Filing a dispute with credit card.
