DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I ordered from them over a month ago. I have no update on shipping, the customer service says I need to contact the courier but they have no idea who the courier is. I have no way to get the product or a refund. This is a scam.
I ordered but never received
I ordered but never received. I contacted them and they said they can’t find a tracking number so check with my postal carrier! They didn’t even send them! Never order from this scam of a company.
Deceptive advertising and the worst customer service ever.
I ordered the product and cancelled it within 10 minutes of purchase, because it had a subscription attached to it. American Express was notified and I had a charge pending hold placed on Elaracraft.
Even though I had canceled the subscription and cancelled the order per their websites rules, the product was sent to me, with no paperwork or an address to return the product.
I emailed Elaracraft over 10 times for an address to return the product. No luck. I did take screenshots of my canceled subscription on their website.
Yesterday, I get an email that said they were sending me another order. I went back to their website, cancelled my subscription again, which was somehow reactivated. Call Amex to warn them.
I emailed them again, asking for a return address. The return product address they sent was incomplete no city or State. After 4 emails with an incomplete address, they sent me an address in a city that does not exist. I emailed them that there was no city in the USA with that name, and no State that has CC as its abbreviation. Plus the zip code they used was 12345. A unique code used only by General Electric. This is copy of the last email sent by them;

Amex could not find a return address for Elara Craft either, so they blocked the payment.
Unfortunately I think I will have to do this every month. All I wanted to do was returned their unopened product.
So I emailed them again saying when they send me a real address I will return the product.
I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Terrible product that doesn't work, and the company is a scam - they don't honor their 14 day return policy (I requested a return of my subscription -- that I don't remember authorizing -- within 2 days of receiving the products. Their customer service is just ignoring me.

SCAM COMPANY!! I wish I could give 0 stars. They only stuck together on the middle of my lashes, not on the ends. They also sent a tool for the application that wasn’t what was presented on the website, and it’s much flimsier than the one shown. They said they have a 14-day return policy, and I emailed the support email address they provided the same day I received them, once I realized they didn’t work. I didn’t hear anything from them, so I emailed again a few days later (4 days after receiving shipment). Got an email back saying I wasn’t within the 14-day window to return. I emailed back saying I 100% was and asked them to tell me how to return for a refund. They didn’t respond. I emailed again a couple of days later and they didn’t respond again. I’ve now emailed them 4-5 times and it appears they are a scam. I spent $35 on crap and I’m stuck with them with no way to get in touch with them that gets a response. STEER CLEAR OF THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY. I think they may operate under other names too, so beware.

The these lashes are very low quality and don’t even stick to the magnet. The customer service is non existent and emailing is a waste of time. No one actually responds and it is like an AI generated response. No actual agent. Lost my money and absolutely no response from them. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a BIG SCAM.

I didn't realize this was an auto renew if I ordered lashes. They refuse to cancel after many times of contacting them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! IT'S A BIG SCAM.

I bought one pair didn’t notice that it went on. Subscription waited for the second pair to come in they came. I was able to cancel my subscription, but it says to email them for a refund within 14 days. My first email was on 5/17. I have sent several emails since and no reply. $65 down the drain.

They sign you up to an auto renew subscription and there is no way to cancel the subscription.
They don’t reply to your emails either. They continue to take money from your account. We were forced to cancel our credit card. Don’t ever purchase anything from these scammers.
Won’t refund after return received
Started a return with them the day I received them. They responded they had my tracking number and everything and they will follow up. They received my return march 18 and it’s now May 29 and still waiting for my refund. They keep responding telling me I can’t return now because it’s after 14 days but I have already returned the item with tracking proof - total rip off and won’t take responsibility with their error. They have my return and won’t refund me after dozens of emails. No phone Number anywhere to reach them either.

I didn't notice that there was an auto renewal when I placed my order because it wasn't right there for everyone to see. When I received an alert about a shipment coming my way, I immediately tried contacting them, went into my account and cancelled everything. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times but no one has ever responded to me. Do not trust this company and be aware that you get what you pay for, this product is very sub par.

Terrible customer service. I tried them and did not like them and requested to return them I was denied. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I signed up for a subscription (which I did not) and when I tried to go thru support they ghosted me and then sent them anyway. I filed a dispute with AMEX.

Lashes don't work
Lashes don't work. Email said 30 day return but when I went to return them, it said 14 day return so I just missed my window. I automatically got subscribed but fortunately saw that and cancelled right away. Seems pretty scammy.
Scam Like Behavior
This company is horrible to deal with. I placed an order, received my product in a timely fashion, however the quality was terrible. I immediately emailed customer care to cancel all further shipments, but never received any response. Then I was billed $67 dollars a month later. I again emailed customer care and still no response. Now I have just been billed $67 dollars for a third time, have emailed again, and still no response. I’m filing fraud charges, and have just canceled my bank card. Stay away from this company!

I ordered lashes, which I could not get to mount correctly on my eyelids. I tried watching their videos, which did not help.
I started emailing the support group for a return authorization within 3 days of receiving them. I have sent a new email every day for six days, they are not responding.

Lashes do not work as advertised. They offer a 14 day money back guarantee (per their website) but told me I had to send a photo of the defective lashes. When I responded that is not what their website advertises (14 day money back guarantee for any reason) and that I tried for almost an hour to get the lashes on without success, they stopped responding to me. I followed up two more time and did not hear. There is no where on the website to leave a review and no other way to contact them except through email, which they stopped answering. It’s a scam.

Do not order from this company. They have the worst customer service and don’t care at all about their customers. I ordered lashes that came in damaged and it took them two weeks to get back to me. I asked for a refund and they kept sending me stock emails saying I needed to contact them in 48 hours to make a return. Had they responded to my email in the 48 hours there wouldn’t have been a problem. I sent them a picture of the damaged lashes and told them I still wanted a refund. I received another pair of lashes that I didn’t want. Shame on this company ripping people off!
