I bought once under one account and they did ship but it sent back.... for some reason they wouldn't deliver to my PO box. they never responded when I asked them to send to my home. I asked my bank to dispute.

I ordered again from another credit card on May 8th and it hasn't shipped yet. im sure they arent going to send it.

Very bad experience. The product arrived incomplete and no one responded with all my inquiries. Nobody answering the number from the website.

I placed an order with this company (Elaine Perine) on October 25, 2025 and paid for 2-day processing. To date (November 20, 2025), I have not received my product. Furthermore, no one responds to your inquiries. Today, I thought I lucked out when I got their live chat window. However, after providing the order number and asking about status, the agent disappeared—no more chat. Therefore, I’m forced to make a determination that this is a fraudulent company out to scam customers. Be very aware!!

2025-09-15: I purchased a cream and serum duo, but only received the cream. I sent emails to the option they mention: Let's talk at: info at elaineperine .com, but received no response or follow-up. I tried their chatbox, which indicated that a ticket had been opened, but I received no email confirmation, no response, and no follow-up. It's a scam. I also sent a message using the “contact us” option directly on the website, and guess what? No response, no follow-up.

I should have looked at the reviews before buying from this company. I got ripped off like an inexperienced teenager.

I paid an extra $50.00 to get the cream and serum duo and lost everything. I never received it and got no refund. The customer service is terrible, impossible to reach them, they never respond. They got your money, that's all that matters to them. Don't trust this company, you'll lose your money. Honestly, DON'T TRUST THAT COMPANY.

2025-09-22 Update: I still haven't received any response from customer service, despite my three attempts via different channels. However, I received a COD delivery notice stating that I had to pay the delivery fees. Imagine my surprise when I saw that it was the missing serum.

It's clear that customer service doesn't care about customers. Not only did they not respond to me, but any self-respecting customer service department would have at least responded with a message saying they were sorry for the mistake and that the missing item would be shipped to me, but nothing.

The worst part is that they charged me for shipping for a mistake on their part. They can't even take responsibility for their mistake; they make customers pay for their mistakes. It cost me $15.85 in shipping fees, even though I had already paid for shipping on the original order.

Once again, don't do business with this company. They have no respect for their customers.

This is a fraudulent site! DO NOT BUY they do not ship your order. And any contact is unresponsive. I have been trying to contact them over a month! To

This is a fraudulent company. No products received. No email replies. Automated generic answers on website. I have been defrauded £63.00.

Bought a face cream and spent £40. Received it and opened it, there was hardly any product. I took a pustule the very same day and sent them messages, on the chat as well, they created a ticket but never reply. Very disappointed. Beware.

I made an order last May 11,2022 and until now they did not email me of my tracking number. I spend more than £200 from that order. I tried emailing them thrice but I got no response from them. Their number is not working as well. I don't know what to do to get my money back now.
