Great MS Office products at a good price and it's easy to install as long as you have a Microsoft account. We've been buying from Eksoftware for all of our computers at work. I like the option to buy older versions since it's not always necessary to get the newest one.

I came off Visio Pro 2000. As the years have passed Microsoft can't leave things alone. Some of my features started to disappear over time. I like the new Visio and it was easy to transition from 2000 to 2010. My first Visio was for windows 98.

Due to confusing information from Microsoft, not Eksoftware, I discovered that MS Access 2021 would not work with the rest of the Office 2016 suite I already had. I was able to get an immediate refund. I am considering purchasing the entire 2021 Office suite and will definitely come to Eksoftware for that.

Right after purchasing the software I called with a question and actually talked to an agent within minutes. The download instructions were easy to follow and I had no trouble with anything.

I bought a product from them. Within about about 10 to 15 minutes the product was installed on my PC and was showing it was activated.

But I realized it had installed the wrong version - 32 bit version of the software instead of 64 bit. This was an issue because the product was very slow. They responded to my complaint email almost immediately and I was able to see the fault was on my side, not theirs. I was able to install the 64 bit version with almost no effort.

Overall I was very impressed with their support and their product. I definitely recommend EkSoftware to other people.

Paul was really helpful showing me how to install the software and get it working on my MacBook Pro. Very Patient and provided good step by step instructions. The price of the MSFT Office 2021 was also very fair.

Eksoftware did exactly as they promised - Outlook 2019 was delivered immediately as a download. It loaded perfectly & worked straight away. The transaction couldn't be better.

Emre went way out of his way to insure the software was correctly installed. He was great to work with. He had my needs at the top of importance. I wish more people could be like Emre.

I purchased Microsoft Outlook from EKSoftware today. The download was sent by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. I started downloading the software but ran into some conflicts with other Microsoft Office software already installed on this new PC. I contacted the EKSoftware customer service group and connected up with Emre. We worked by both phone and chat. He quickly recognized the problem and suggested handling the solution thru remote access to my PC. He resolved all the issues and had the new Outlook software installed very quickly.
