Terrible service. I have returned a large order over 4 weeks ago and I have still not received my refund. I have contacted them many times and keep being told they need to process but are refusing to process it. I am giving them one more week before I take legal action.

I received an empty box with no refund or replacement, even after sending multiple messages and photos before opening it. This is completely unacceptable!

I bought two pairs of snowboard boots here. One was too small and I had to send them back. The return shipment ( at a reasonable €7,99) went effortless and the money was paid back within a few days. Operational excellence. Will buy here again!

Ordered a ski helmet on the Sunday received it by the Saturday. Can't complain at all.

The website is great to make a purchase as you feel your safe going to a .co.uk address however they are based in France so shipping becomes problematic if you make a return. You will need to pay for insurance for the return and if a refund is required it can take up to 6 months. They use Evri courier who do not have a good reputation. Customer service is poor, responses once a week if an issue. A BIG AVOID! Not worth it..

Coat ordered. Coat and delivery paid for. Coat did not arrive
Ekosport tell us it has been lost during delivery. After a month of us asking where it is
We ask for a refund.
They ask us to say we are cancelling the order. We are not the issue.
They refuse to return our payment even though we guarantee them that should the Coat arrive we will pay for it, or return it.
We now have to pursue getting our money back through a different route.
I have no reason to think this is not a typical experience.
We shall avoid this company in future.

In the 15 years that I've been skiing, I've never had such good friendly service at a ski rental store (Ekosport in La Tania). Emmanuel was particularly helpful. I took my Skis back after a few hours as I just couldn't turn on them. Emmanuel noticed that the edges were cut for different conditions and took them to the workshop. 15 minutes later and I was back on the slopes and all was good. Great price and great service. I would defo recommend.

Ordered an osprey travel bag at a very good price. Good packaging, fast delivery to Belgium.

Shocking costumer service, did not send the bindings that we paid and when asked for a refund refused.
The communication was terrible, phone lines don't work.

Bought some items in the UK.

Slow delivery, expensive returns.

After 9 days my items have not been refunded, no communication despite multiple attempts.

Suspect I will need to raise a dispute with my cc company.

I bought a pair of shoes. They arrived intact. All ok. On the site they said 3-4 working days for shipping, however they took another 3 to ship it which did not make the package arrive in time for the use I wanted to have. Longer times than explained at the time of purchase.

Communication with Ekosport is very bad. Took me 8 mails before they finally answered a question about availability of a product. They didn't want to tell what the delivery time was at first. Then they claimed a couple of days, but in the end they admitted that the product I wanted was not in stock.

Great selection. Stupid fast delivery, even in the alps.

I ordered a snowboard on December 1st. A month later, it was still not delivered. After many calls with Ekosport and DPD, there was still no progress or alternative. On January 15th, six weeks later, I gave up and asked for my money back. Because of this, I had to rent a snowboard for my ski trip.

Ekosport did offer me a similar board in the end but simultaneously asked me to pay the difference in price (which was 100(!) euros because the sale ended). In other words, Ekosport asked me to not only wait for 6 weeks but also pay for it.

Over 6 weeks of waiting, numerous calls/emails, and no snowboard. That's all the service you can expect from Ekosport.

Ridiculous charges for delivery and returns. Ordered an expensive Rossignol jacket. Got charged £15 postage and then another £15 to return. Returned item and was received on 9th December yet 1 month later and nothing received. Wouldn't recommend given their extortionate delivery fees. Better off selling the jacket online myself instead of returning.

Update 20th Feb 2025

I ordered a new ski helmet in time for my ski holiday but Evri (Ekosport's carrier) failed to deliver it (now over 7 weeks ago). Evri say they delivered it at 20:00 but that can't be the case as I asked them to deliver it to my local post office which would have been closed!

The parcel is clearly lost but even after all this time Ekosport have not given me a refund.

If you're buying from the UK - always use a credit card so that you can make a Section 75 claim against you card provider. If you're not sure what that is, take a look at the Money Saving Expert web site which has a handy tool and a template letter.

Ekosport can't be trusted to give refunds and their customer service online is appalling.

Great experience, 2nd time buying from them. I'm from New York but I spend winters in Val thorens and that's the only place I buy from. Excellent customer service

I have placed an order but I am unable to contact you via your online messaging system as I receive the message error “we can not complete this at this time” - this has happened for the past 3 days. I also cannot track my order using the tracking number provided as the site takes so long to load that it times out every time - querying if it is legit.
