II ordered 2 air fresheners and only received one, this is not normal.

How do I track a shipment if the ekopyro site shows me when the shipment has been shipped? I have a tracking code, but how can I see, for example, on Google Maps, where my courier is who is delivering the products I ordered?

i ordered a packet from them, after 1 week they confirmed the order but didnt ship it, i called them they said that they will ship it the next day, i waited another 2 weeks nothing... the packet never came and i dont think it will

Can I be sure that it won't be taken if I ship it denmark, because the law won't allow it. I want to be sure not a maybe.

Hello. I am truly sorry for not reviewing right. I just had a question and I didn't know where to ask. First of all I heard very good things about ekopyro and ekopiro second when will most of the stuff restock? Because everything is out of stock. Thank you and my apologies for this review.

I placed an order and I payed after like 6 hours it showed me that card master is waiting for me to pay when I already payed I then canceled my order I didn't get my money I contacted them on ig didn't get response

I order on ekopyro many times and always came in 2-4 days. Their things are incredible. I really love that they have pretty cheap products and you can enjoyed even if u dont buy many things. To me and my friend ekopyro is the best place to shop this kind of products.

The best site for pyro. I have ordered two time's and all the times my order came in 2 weeks . Also the products haves good prices and the shipping fees is very cheap like 7€ in Greece. Not like other sites that have 30€ shipping. If someone want to order and he isn't sure if its legit. Its 100% legit i have ordered 2 times. 100% legit

Never buy fron here police came to my door because it was illegal ekopyro is selling illegall stuff dont buy from ekopyro if you dont want police come to your home

The firecrackers are good i have tested them before but this time the package is taking pretty long to come but i dont know if its beacuse i live in slovenia or somenthing else but otherr than thatthe products are great i hope my package comes soon

Everything is Great but the Stock is Not so good because almost everything good is out of sale

I order form this website , when the delivery arrived i did’t was home and i said to the delivery man to the main office to can take it next day , next day the package don’t was there and they said the sender makes a mail to delivery back to him , when I call to ask about it he had a very bad atitude to me and didn’t let me to speck . I don’t know is the products are good or not but the person who answer the phone didn’t not how to talk with the clients .

Mostly good. I've been ordering from ekopiro for 2 years now, and the experience is really good, but the account system is a bit janky, and I would like to transfer my cart (basket) across devices. Also, you get sold out fasssssssst in the new year 'season'
