did not deliver order. Did not reply to e-mail asking for order confirmation. took the funds but did not deliver

Placed an order on 28th October, arranged for delivery on the 3rd November, they didn’t show and I am still waiting for my order on 13th November. They have ignored and not replied to my messages and emails! I have requested a refund, but again they have not responded so I am currently out of pocket for this order. Not happy as you can imagine.

Lovely fresh pasta. Packaging very good. Possibly a tad expensive at full price, but good deals available

Have ordered meals on several occasions and not been disappointed.
The 50% discount was a real gift and allowed me to order more than I would normally have done.
To be able to try different pasta and sauces is like trying a new restaurant.
Service is first class and packaging’s is top class. Definitely recommend

First time ordered pasta by post, delivered on time, nicely presented, clear instructions how to post, liked them all except for the one with truffle sauce which was so revolting it nearly made us sick. Got 50% as first order and have been offered another 50% on second. But even though we liked it and was fantastic value at 50% off wouldn’t order again as none were that good to pay proper price for. Not pasta enthusiasts so maybe if you were you would.

I needed to phone their customer services, the first call went through to what sounded like a noisy kitchen, I kept shouting hello but no one spoke and the line went dead. Tried again, the phone was picked up and instantly put back down. Tried again, no answer.
I then used on line contact form to relate this experience, some weeks later, some weeks later still no response. They had the cheek to send a customer satisfaction form and still couldn't be bothered to contact me after relating this story.
In the interests of fairness the food itself is excellent quality but customer service is abysmal, one might say non-existent, they clearly don't really care whether you are happy or not

Great pasta and carefully presented. Tastes super too.

Have had the Wild Boar Ravioli on several occasions but this time was different as if a different type of pasta and sauce was used, didn't really enjoy.

Items damaged and missing on receipt. Contacted but initially had no response.

The company did contact me after I left this review and put the matter right.

The food is a good quality and what we received and could use was very good. We have used in the past and had no issues then

Great pasta and good portion size. Well packed and easy to understand recipes. Colour labelling a great idea. I wish I could get a good discount all the time!

great pasta i've tried 2 other delivery services for pasta before and this is by far the best shame DPD got the delivery wrong but all sorted will def order again but only with a discount as a little expensive for everyday

Amazingly tasty pasta, delivered promptly, very easy to prepare & even tastes great if you freeze it & then defrost when ready!

3 days of vomiting for the whole family - thanks Ekook!

I've reached out to Ekook on two separate occasions to inform them of what happened to our family, never even got a reply for them. They couldn't care less. Let this be a warning to others. Never again.

It's when I read a review like the one by Richard Pearson back in January, that I really start to wonder how these people survive from day to day!
How much nearer to a 'ready meal' can you get with a fresh pasta, a sauce & a topping? Added to which, anything presented 'complete' would be soggy & totally inauthentic. I doubt that any of the other meals were sent 'incomplete' as claimed by RP, since in many orders from the company, I have never recieved a mistake. You just have to read the very simple instructions as supplied, & all will be well with these products.
As for the 'over-salt' Gorgonzola sauce, anyone who has eaten this cheese will know just how salty it is, & that the strong salt is central to the experience of that type of cheese.
I'm guessing that RP will choose not to give Ekook another chance, & from the point of view of the company, that will be a lot of hassel avoided!
These pastas are genuine 'expert-home-made' quality in my opinion. They are not cheap, but there are often offers online & they all freeze well, so I bulk-buy when the price is better! Some of the sauces are quite fascinating & all are well-matched, though over time I have 'mixed-&-matched' too, with some sucess. The 'nduja sauce is the only one I cannot handle (!), but even that, mixed into other dishes in smaller quantities, I have found wonderful.

JUST TRY THEM!! You will be quite surprised I'm certain........

I`ve only had 2 of the meals so far, and on both occasions I`ve enjoyed the ease of their preparation and also enjoyed the authentic taste. Found both meals plentiful. Thank you for the experience.
