Absolutely scam,the store doesn't exist,.

On 20 August 2024, I paid the sum of 2,099 euros for a RADON SWOOP AL 9.0 bicycle. They quickly confirmed the receipt of the money, responded to e-mails. They did not deliver the bike even after 40 days. When I asked to return my money, they did not answer me. I will not leave them alone because the amount is quite large.

I have never received the e-bike i ordered and paid. In the beging the stuff was friendly and helpful. Now they dont answer at all in the email.

I order a bicycle they asked to me to pay with bank transfer. The day after I was informed on trust pilot that ek-tronic.com is a criminal website and I asked to my bank to recall the bank transfer but was too late. Ek-tronic.com said to me to wait for refund but never arrived. I reported to police and ING Amsterdam bank where they have the IBAN but nobody do something and until now I lost 899 euro. Why nobody put these people in prison and cancel ek-tronic.com website? Can they steal money in this easy way?

Fake store, scam, price too low to be true. I put on Google maps and get gas station on that's address..

Scam page, people be careful!! How is it possible to stop them?? Did the payment, it didnt work, so they send extra link to do the payment. Communication messy about fake delivery details. In the end no bike, lost money.

Be careful because this is a scam shop. I bought the goods at the end of June, with delivery at the beginning of August. I did not receive either the goods or the money that was promised to be returned. I invite all victims of these scammers to contact their country's police officers, their bank and you country consumer rights so that this scam page is finally taken down and they stop stealing money from other people.

If we are talking about ek-tronic.com than is complete scam, seler was very friendly during the order. He answered my questions within an hour at latest. On the day of the agreed delivery, he disappeared and is no longer answering my emails or answering on the phone. Of course, the item ordered and paid for was not delivered either. Also no response regarding my money refund request.
I strictly advise against all purchases from these "honest" sellers.

Please be careful, I was in communication with them some time ago but after questioning their legitimacy, they stop communicating. They will keep communicating with new customers though, but after questioning their legitimacy they stop answering again. No references exists for them. They even sell direct consumer brand that should be available only from producer. Very likely fake e-shop. I am sending them this review, let us see how they react. I wish I could give them full stars and park new bike in my garage. Anyhow, it seems unlikely to happen.

It's a fake store. I emailed the brands of those bikes, and they confirmed that they do not collaborate with them and that the store is fake.
