Slowest shipping imaginable.

USPS says delivered however it was never delivered to my box or address. I reached out to Ejuice store and was told to look around & wait and file with USPS so I did and nothing. I asked them to resend the items or a refund. They just emailed me the same run around. I asked for a phone number and nothing. Make it right and ill post a follow up review.
After USPS investigation which amounts to nothing, its concluded that the part-time USPS carrier put my pkg in the wrong box, however no way of knowing which? Ejuice Store did the right thing and made my account right. Thank you

They're literally the best! Best prices around and the selection is phenomenal. If it's in your local smoke shop, it's here plus much, much more. The only downside is the unpredictable shipping. Depending which company they use, it could be 4 days or 2 plus weeks to receive your order and you won't know until you get your tracking. Buy ahead of time. Don't wait until you're out in 3 days to order. Otherwise you'll have to make a stop at your local shop in the meantime to buy a product at 4x the price. I do, and will continue to use them every time.

I have been getting juice from you guys for years! Back in the day you had someone in shipping that would always right a hand note saying thank you and I loved that! It gave it a personal touch. This company has the best prices and the fastest delivery than any other company I've used and I've tried a lot! I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve had perfect experiences with them. My order has always been right and very well packaged, and they have great prices and excellent selection! My only issue is EXTREMELY slow shipping. However, most all vape stores will not ship to my state, they will, I like tobacco flavors, which are difficult if not impossible to find in my local stores, but they have a nice variety. When I say slow it’s generally 3 weeks from order to arrival, but I know to plan for that, I get it and it’s right!

I placed an order four days ago, and just received it. The price was good, and I got exactly what I ordered.

PHISHING SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. After I ordered from ejuice store, my credit card info was stolen. The website also asked for a social security number, which I did not enter. I did end up receiving my order, but it's not worth having your information stolen.

Takes a month for all orders to east coast. Slowest crap shipping ever !!! Plan ahead. Ordered like 15 times now and always a month.

Not sure what's up with some of the bad reviews, I've never had a single problem with this store, I usually get my order within 4 business days (I do live on the west coast and they are located in WA so that might have something to do with it). Even with the shipping fees, the prices are still better than most other online retailers, and they carry my Shijin Tiger's Milk which not a lot of places have. I've been a regular customer for almost a full year. Just dropping some <3

I’ve placed 2 order and the 1st was Perfect shipping took 14 days via DHL slow but expected! The 2nd order was Unbelievable!!! Perfect order & it showed up In 3 days !!!!!!!! I’d say more but I don’t want fast shipping to end !!! My go to vape supplier from Now on !

Cheapest, free delivery, amazing sales, no random added fees. It's a miracle I found this store from Reddit, local stores near me cost $20+ for a single 60ml.

My orders are always correct and delivered early. With the new ban on flavored tobacco sales in California. I have dealt with different companies and ejuice store is on the ball. My go to store.

Sometimes when I order it gets shipped through DHL (sooo slow, 1+ week to get) and other times is shipped right through USPS so I get it in a few days. Not sure why? But the site is great with very competitive prices. I've had a couple issues with some orders (like wrong item received and one vape came broken) but they always get back super quick and resolve the issue no hassle. Will continue to purchase from here rather than vape stores which charge so much for their disposables.

UPDATE - Now 5 star! Nicely packaged and arrived quickly! Very happy with price, product and customer service!
Still waiting for order to be delivered but am so far VERY impressed with their customer service! Ordered from them for the first time late Friday afternoon & had an issue with the age verification as the billing was in my husband's name & the shipping was in mine; sent an email, not expecting to hear back from them until at least Monday. Was very pleasantly surprised to get an email on Saturday stating they had resolved the problem & my order was prepared to ship! Prices are great & the free shipping is a definite bonus! Will update to 5 stars based on the arrival of my order.

If I could rate ejuicestore.com a 10 I would. My order got lost by the post office. I sent them one email and they took care of everything. I was sent a replacement order the same day. Customer service was excellent. They are the only place I will shop from now on.

I have placed multiple orders and have never had an issue. Sometimes I even get my order within a few days. Once in a while it might take a little longer but with all the shipping regulations I can understand why.
