Refusing refund
I had a very disappointing experience with Eivy.
I ordered several items and returned three of them (2 leopard print balaclavas and 1 leopard print leggings) because they did not fit my expectations. I used the official return label and sent the parcel via UPS. The tracking clearly confirms that the package was delivered to the company.
After receiving the return, Eivy refused to refund me and claimed that the parcel contained completely different items from another brand. This is simply not true. I returned the correct items, and the parcel was sent using their return process.
Despite providing the UPS tracking number and proof of delivery, the company still refuses to issue the refund.
As a customer this is extremely frustrating because I followed the return procedure correctly and the package was confirmed as delivered. I expected a professional handling of the return, but instead my refund was denied.
I hope Eivy will review this case again and resolve the issue.
