If I could give this service zero stars…

If I could give this service zero stars or a negative rating, I would. I originally subscribed to a “lifetime pass” in 2018, and like many other users, I later discovered that around 2020/2021 they had removed my lifetime access and claimed it was only a three‑year “premium” account. I then paid for a new three‑year pass, and the experience has been terrible.

Their servers are clearly overloaded. I am in the UK with fibre‑to‑the‑home and a wired connection to my router, and every single movie buffers constantly. Speed tests on Ookla and Fast.com show over 750 Mbps, but their own server test reports about 0.9 Mbps. I have emailed support asking for help and have received no response at all.

I have even tried using a VPN and connecting via the US, Canada, and Australia. Even allowing for VPN overhead, I still get roughly 500–650 Mbps, which is more than enough for a 1080p stream, yet the buffering issues remain exactly the same. I have tested this on macOS, Windows, and Arch Linux, and with multiple browsers (Chrome, Chromium, Brave, Firefox, and Edge), at different times of day, with no improvement.

In short, they removed my original lifetime pass, sold me a time‑limited one, and now provide an unwatchable service with no effective support.

Fake scammers

Fake scammers. They will ask for money and then change / cut subscription duration without notifications and ask for more money. They are Scarborough, Ontario, Canada based company. I am going to complain officially as it is matter of principle and not about the money. Below is steps you can take as well:
1. Econsumer gov website: file complaint if you are based in US since they are international (Canadian based)
2. consumerbeware gov on ca: complaint to Canadian Ontario govt.
3. Contact your credit card company and file a dispute.
Keep original payment confirmation email + contact einthusan support email + response etc and attach those with the complaint.
Call bank/CC and dispute this transaction with EINTHUSAN name, date of transaction, cost etc so you get your money back right away. I did get my money back from bank cc.
They do provide good quality movies once become available on web app etc but its available everywhere for free so they started to abuse people. remember - if movie is there - means movie is available for free. dont pay these scammers. They will abuse your cc info and sell your personal info. to scammers.
Post your experience here so others know. They target NRIs for this scam so be careful.

Has anyone filed lawsuits in the USA over this lifetime-membership scam? I would like to join

I paid for a lifetime subscription, but they cancelled it and now say it’s only a 3-year membership, and I must pay again!

This is a scam. Don’t get the membership. They canceled my membership without any notice and they didn’t respond to emails. Enjoy the free movies though.

Scam Company

I've had the same experience. This company is a scam; they cancelled our lifetime membership without any notice. I'm willing to join and support anyone who wants to take legal action against them. I've already filed a complaint in consumer court and will consult with my local attorney on how to proceed legally.

Paid for lifetime(??)

Paid for lifetime. Now I see a message that my subscription ended 2 months ago (after 3 years). It's a scam. At the time of payment there was no time limitation mentioned by the site.
