These people are scammers. Getting an EIN is a free service through the IRS. Make sure it says IRS.gov and it is locked. $319 charged to my card. I am going to dispute once it posts and I have changed my CC number. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! Again, they are fraudulent! Can't get a refund and the number hangs up on you.

This "company" is a scam. Anyone can obtain an EIN for FREE from the IRS. Do not use these third party companies (which should be illegal).

Mimics the irs website and charges $319 for a free EIN provided by IRS. There is no way they are refunding this amount. People will enter PII information on this website. Total Scam.

Ein Simpleetaxfiling cancellation policy and a number to call, which is not answered. I called that number before my order was processed. I also sent a message via your online form before my order was processed. The cancellation policy states, "If you request to cancel our Services and we have started to process your order but have not yet completed the application review and filing of your EIN application, we will refund your payment in full". I attempted to cancel multiple times prior to order being processed. The number provided on your website only plays a recorded message and then disconnects the call. No one answers, and no one picks up. Following that failed attempt, I submitted the cancellation form promptly after placing the order with no response. They refuse to respond to people doesn't give you the right to not honor your cancellation policy.

Negative stars, scam. Tries to look like IRS website. While I understand that it's up to you to do your "due diligence" to not fall for tricks like this, it's still predatory and I'd argue it's not something that should be possible to fall for to begin with. They charge over 300 dollars for an exact 1:1 experience you can do on the IRS website and don't allow you to refund your purchase because they instantly submit your order to the IRS upon you pressing the submit button. This website should not show up on google.

I thought I was going to the IRS website to apply for an EIN. Instead I got "ein.simpleetaxfiling.com" who charged me $319 for nothing. They cannot be found do not answer emails or their phone 424 238-7908. I am going to go through every channel to get them busted they are committing white collar crime. Furious that such companies exist and even more furious I fell for it. Get your EIN for free from the IRS website.

This company charges $319 for a service the IRS provides for free. A complete scam of a business model. To add insult to injury, they never even provided the EIN I requested. I had to order it from the IRS website anyway. I asked for a refund. So far, no reply from the company.
