disable your chats features. If we ask query and to revert is to create TT then that's pretty bad.
support team should be more efficient rather than to just reply to wait and get back soon and after some time to ask to raise the TT. I don't know if all ppl are after TT despite of knowing the actual issue.

load time
sometimes the loading takes alot of time to respond and I have made multiple tickets regarding that too so please do work on that as it's really a big hassle at emergencies.
