It was great until I received an email from your organization stating that my Cigna health insurance 'application' was canceled. I called eHealth and the rep said something about it being for non payment. He also said he knew who had canceled it and would have them follow back up with me but I never received a call or email. I had to call Cigna to confirm that my coverage was active, that my account billing was current and that I was set up on autopay.
We all make mistakes but this wasn't a good experience.

Sadly it's not very often that I get to do a review that is good but I had an issue this morning in regards to Transportation with IEHP luckily I got a good Agent named Shawna i've been having these issues since the first of the year and I've gotten completely and totally frustrated and IEHP knows this thankfully today Shawna really helped me and I just want to make sure that she knows she is an awesome person.
Your service is good, but the price for insurance is expensive, can you lower the price please?
Pathetic response! Tried calling my "advisor", Danielle Gilbert, THREE time just today, and their damned phone tree herds me into leaving a message (THAT'S THE ONLY CHOICE I'M GIVEN). NO RESPONSE. So, I get to start over?!

Everything was great EXCEPT Med Mutual has the wrong email. It has an old work email from several years ago that was NOT entered by me and I can not fix easily so all of my payment confirmations are going to an old defunct work account and I have not been able to set up my account with Med Mutual so I don’t know how this is going to work out. All of my correct information was sent, including email was sent to ehealth so I am very disappointed about this.
They over withheld thousands and need to issue me a new W2 too. They're ignoring me. My tax preparer is telling me how illegal this is. Thanks eHealth for screwing me!

The link to research if my doctors were in the plan I was choosing did not work.
eHealth collected a payment from me upfront (without which I was not allowed to submit my application), sent me a payment confirmation, then LOST MY PAYMENT. My application was DELAYED and would've been on hold indefinitely if I hadn't made multiple proactive phone calls. Carrier never received the payment. I had to waste hours on the phone and make a new payment. eHealth smells of FRAUD, or at best EXTREME INCOMPETENCE.

Forms easy to complete and eHealth agents were professional and always available to support me during the process including responding to my questions.

I applied for this insurance thru my employer the process was very slow and had to make several calls into the customer service center who kept telling me the insurance was pending and that the cards had been sent out after 7 weeks of back and forth calling and working with my employer.The time had come where my wife could not get a doctors appt. to get her perscriptions refilled and was running out of medication I called again to get told my policy was still pending and the cards would get sent out in 7-10 days I said I wanted a supervisor was told none were available but my acct would be activated in the next two hours called back in 2 hours to be told the cards were sent out yesterday and it would take 7 to 10 days.I stated that I did not believe this because just 2 hours ago I was told they had not been sent out due to acct was pending. My employer has paid two months worth of premiums and we do not have a active policy or any insurance cards,All I had was a subscriber # and my clinic told me that was not a active number when they submitted it.
So I don’t usually leave reviews but Hope F was down right amazing I can’t say or pronounce her last name but her extension number is 5806 my father has to change his doctor about 3 different times and I was always able to reach her and she always called me back. My father is well in his 90’s and on a limited income having someone who cares that much to always make a point to ask about his dog is beyond customer service beyond me how she even remembers because he rambles a lot but he has sworn up and down he won’t talk to anyone but her. Thanks for all you work and caring for my dad likes he apart of your own family we look forward to our check ins with you.
