The eHarmony App is very well designed to guide you on your search for the special someone in your life. The ability to be able to see how a certain profile matches yours is of great help in your decision which way to go. I also like that there are no annoying pop ups that come not related to the type of person you are looking for, which I have seen on other dating apps. The only reason why I did not give a 5 star rating, is because when I used it on my laptop, the chatting part of this app at times would just freeze, after I finish writing my chat reply which is frustrating. But it always worked fine on my phone or tablet. Overall I recommend this app!!

this dating site has too man scammers and fake profiles and bots and not enough verification process to verifed to make sure the person is true and genuine. and the dating site is way to expensive and does not let you cancel with out paying the rest of your membership and no video chat option and to contact customer service you need to email them and they take 3 days to respond to your email. i did join in 2025 and not enough genuine members on here just a cash grab

I started with a strong vision and achieved initial success, but faced a setback that led to failure. Instead of giving up, I used the lessons from my mistakes to fuel my determination, and eventually, I rose again, stronger and more focused than before.

It is very easy to sign up

This is my 3rd try with eharmony and I have continued to have very negative experiences. The company Will not refund membership fee's and they fail to meet their promises. My first membership was when they first opened in Canada. I only received USA members. The second time was 5 years ago, I didn't get a lot of satisfactory matches and most of them didn't even have memberships. I gave them this last try due to friends encouragement as they met their significant others. Once again, I am matched with many men, most don't have pictures and they are not paid members. It's a waste of money and I haven't met anyone off this site. I strongly suggest that you DO NOT purchase a membership. I gave them 3 fair tries and I have consistently been disappointed and feel like I got screwed over.

A great piece of software that solves the problem of being single. There are all kinds of people here, and I hope you can find true love here

Incompetent and deceitful business. Be prepared to pay for a subscription for years even after you have followed their ridiculous cancellation policies to a T. Not worth it at all.

My latest experience with E-H has been very good.
I am pretty sure I've found a partner, my last soulmate.
In 2019, I lost a soulmate from E-H, had several try outs,but none stuck. In 2022, I suffered a Pfizer vaccine stroke & thought I wouldn't be able to find anyone because after rehab, I walk with a cane & don't drive on public roads. However, thanx to E-H, that has all changed. Thank you so much. Hugh Baird

I wanted to join and sent 3 emails re membership questions without reply.Sadly eharmony help section that stated they will reply within 24 hrs us a lie. Think they just care about making money. In addition to few , presumably crooks, been blocked while waiting patiently for their so-called customer service to respond. Had deleted my pictures & profile and sure hope my pictures will truly be deleted. Not a trusted company!:(

The administrational work E-Harmony continues to endeavor in. What I mean is that there is no more of a deceptive crooked place than that on line and then on top of that when it comes to the matters of the heart like it does with a dating ap. So the onslaught of fake accounts will continue to always come, and using the highest methods of weeding these out, as far as I can tell, E-Harmony administration is very studious in.

Eharmony does not actually care about their customers, they are more concerned with lining their pockets with your money. Their formula is to prey on the hopes of hopeful singles and then rope them into a lengthy and expensive contract. Subscriptions can not be bought on a per month or trial basis. You must purchase a 6, 12 or 24 month subscription to their website. Upon signing up, you are automatically enrolled into their automated subscription renewal service. This will automatically bill your credit card upon the completion of your initial subscription, without your authorization! You can not cancel your subscription at any time, and Eharmony has a zero refunds policy hidden in their fine print! You would think that a company that claims to have an interest in your personal happiness, would in fact allow you to cancel your subscription, if you do in fact happen to meet a match and find happiness on their website. Why pay hundreds of dollars for a dating/messaging website when you can join somewhere else for free??? Eharmony is a cash grab!

Those are great questions to review myself again.

The question are good but they do not address anything about your health conditions or your ability to do certain things like taking a long walk. There should be options regarding this as later in life or due to health conditions you just cannot do as much as you would like
