Absolutely dreadful company. Most negative reviews echo similar trends. Just don’t place an order. I ordered an iPhone 12 on 27th November 2020 expecting it in a few days. Ha still waiting, the tracking is total none sense just meaningless generic messages to make you believe your order is coming. No it isn’t.
Thank goodness for PayPal I got a full refund from them in Feb 2021. Not even worth a one star review!

Had an Ipad pro delivered after 3 weeks when the delivery time was given as 6-8 days. This however wasnt eglobals fault but fedex and their lack of information. However it arrived perfectly. Its the 2nd item ive brought from them and I also had a wait for delivery. You just need to be patient. Shame they have shutdown the uk site as they were always cheaper for large ticket items.

Shame they are stop selling and shipping to UK. I bought 3 phones from them in last 6 years. Honestly never had problems with phones from eglobalcentral

I was very sceptical about eGlobal Central, but turned out a great purchase at much better price than anywher else.

Absolutely shocking company bought a watch faulty, tried returning eventually went to manufacture. A very dodgy company to say the least please please please stay away you have been warned.

eGlobal Central UK is not a UK based company as some reviewers assume. Their prices are extraordinarily cheap as this is because they export from Hong Kong.

I have used this company for a number of years and have been impressed with the quality of the product.

Each of my deliveries have taken under 10 working days to arrive except 1 which took almost 3 months to arrive. This was due to the 1st wave of the global pandemic of coronavirus which has bought the world to almost a standstill.

Those of you expecting an Amazon type delivery within a couple of days are in the wrong place. Also it annoys me that some people are complaining about delivery times when they know that we are living in very difficult times with shipping times being affected due to the pandemic. Be patient!

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because eGlobal Central can do much better in reminding their customers that there is a Global Pandemic and deliveries will be delayed.

Have shopped from eglobal central uk since 2017. Best price available for genuine top of the range smartphones. Always manufacture sealed, normally delivered within 10 days with free shipping. Will continue to shop from here.

Over a period of 6 years I have used eglobal to purchase 2mac minis and a MacBook Air. They have both arrived when promised if not before and been as described. A good seller will continue to use them.

I've had a few items from this company. I'm in Leeds in the UK. The first four items arrived in about 7 days and good tracking. The last two, in the last three months, the tracking was a bit iffy and it took up to 2 weeks to arrive. However, all item arrived as described and paid for and I have no complaints. Brilliant prices.

However, just discovered that they are shutting down eGlobalCentraluk. I presume related to the addition of 20% tax etc. Thanks Brexit.

I ordered a Mavic Mini 2 from this company. Arrived after about three weeks. All OK have ordered other things in the past and the delivery was quicker. I put the delivery delay on the Mavic down to the Covid Pandemic. eGlobal is good genuine company

I am extremely frustrated, and annoyed, with the ongoing delay in delivering an iPad ordered from this seller on 11 Jan 2021. The item was ordered in readiness for an expected delivery prior to a special birthday on 18 Jan. Having received no feedback since the order was placed I received a tracking report on 18 Jan informing me that the order had been dispatched. This has been followed by a sequence of daily reports during the following week saying that :-
1. Order ‘in transit’
2. Order ‘en-route to courier depot’
3. Order ‘arriving at sort facility’
4. Order ‘at local depot’
5. Order ‘at courier depot’
6. Shipment ‘further connected’? (received 25 Jan)
- all of which makes me suspect that the shipment is being imported from outside the UK, despite the seller’s UK base.
I am still no wiser as to when the parcel will be delivered a fortnight after placing the order.
I very much regret that I did not read the spate of negative reviews made on this seller - so be warned!

I have bought a number of products from eglobal over the years and have to say that can't recommend them. I have had four mobile phones from them , two of which ,a Samsung and a Nokia, have been faulty. Good brands, and so I have to question where they get their stock from. Eglobals guarantee system is poor, they did the minimum to get the last phone I returned past the end of the guarantee period, and then were not interested when the repair didn't work. There is a reason they are so cheap, no guarantee to speak of

Used twice now, both time I have recieved the product in the time specified. You just have to be a bit patient and you will get a good product at a discount.

Bought 2 camera lenses, and both have have arrived. One 3 years ago, and the other 4th Jan 2021, which came today 23rd Jan. Cheapest company out there, and the wait is
much longer than others as they come from Hong Kong. I would certainly buy camera equipment from them again. You just need the patience of Buddhist monk, plus buy with PayPal for insurance. Expect 3+ weeks on deliveries atm.

I ordered a phone September 15th is January 21st and I didn't get the phone or got my money! no one replies to my messages

Ordered my phone on the 30th of November.
Was in stock.
It's January the 20th.
Still no phone.
Escalate it to PayPal.
Save your self the trouble and pay that extra money.
Get it from a trusted source.
Dont gamble your money.

BEWARE. SCAM BUSINESS. It has been over 2 months since I paid over £1000 for a camera lens. The tracking details are not genuine and the customer services are non existent. I am currently waiting for a refund through PayPal, which is what I think this company wants. This is how they make their money.. by having our money sat in their accounts for months at a time.

I've been waiting for almost 2 months.
Customer service is absolutely awful. get always the same automated reply with no real information. Do not buy from this guy unless you want to wait for months.

This is an un-solicited review of eGlobal, having received on Saturday the 8th item I have purchased from them over the course of the last 5 or 6 years.

Only once have they failed to fulfil an order, and on that occasion they refunded my payment without me needing to take action.

Many of the complaints I see regarding this company relate to their delivery times; yes, it can be frustrating, when they take anything up to a fortnight to progress an order to the packing stage. Then, they book the courier delivery some days before the item is dispatched.

I would say that typically it takes between 3 - 4 weeks from date of order, to receiving the goods.

In the age of Amazon Prime, that seems a lifetime, but the saving on the items I have purchased has more than made up for the wait.

I have ordered an item from them 15 days ago, I have received an email saying that order has been shipped with a fake tracking number and I found out that they haven't sent anything. I have waited so long they I sent a message to them today they sent an email saying today after 15 days order has been shipped without a tracking number. How it possible. I made a complaint to PayPal. Hopefully they will solve this issue with them. I don't reccomend to shop with them.
