I ordered 2 times from this company and I was really happy about they works.
- for a big discount you have to work a bit more ofc, but the quality and customer service is excellent.
- the guarantee works perfectly ( they sent a light blue from the phone not a dark blue and they offered free pick up and money back which was perfect in that situation. )
- 2 nd order was the Samsung M31 and Realme 7 pro. I was really happy as I got with EU plugs and they are really the best quality and was 30% cheaper than in other places.

So at the end I wish to say BIG THANK YOU to this company! You made me very happy!

Discovered a faulty product when I opened the package, contacted immediately the same day of arrival. The customer service replied that I do not belong in the 30 day money back guarantee because I had already opened the box!!! So, no refund, no replacement, nothing. Just because I had to open the box obviously in order to discover the faulty product in the first place.

You would need to be very patient if you order on this web site!!! I ordered an iPad on November 28th and I received it on the 15th of December!! Almost 7 weeks..
I reached out to customer service twice by email and once by their chat. They only replied to me few weeks later to inform me that they were running out of stock..
I gave 2 stars because I eventually received the iPad in good condition.

I ordered Sony WH-1000XM4 from eGlobal.nl. Everything looked legit...But despite delivery promise of 6-8 days I'm now 16 days since ordering any paying. I was never ever given tracking information, only that the item had been dispatched...I wrote saying that I expected tracking and that I would give it until today the 15th January 2021 for them to deliver. I got a generic email back saying your order is on its way....and a lot of sales spam emails for offers.

The moral of the story here is people out there...you see an offer and its 100 euros cheaper than any other online store you have used before. As yourself why? it seems too good to be true. Often it is. I contacted the fraud department of my UK bank Visa card used. You have a lot of protection with Visa payments.

I have since received a refund thanks to my bank. I have now re-ordered from a reputable local retailer in The Hague who gives 5 year product guarantee and 60 day try out offer.

I personally would never order form here ever again.

Do not order anything on this website. I bought the new chromecast on december 24 2020, but I still haven't heard anything regarding shipping.
The order was confirmed right away, but after that... nothing. I sent a support ticket but still haven't heard anything.
I'm considering requesting my money back via my bank.

ordered ( and payed by Paypal) a google nest hello 23 december, received it without problems on 5/01/2021 , so yes , i'm pleased because the price was very low. Sorry for others who had more problems, but for me it was ok.

Ordered a Garmin watch 28/11/2020. Received quick confirmation on purchase and shipping. On 8/12 received this update: "Due to unforeseen circumstances there is a delay in your shipment. We will update here once we have news". Then THREE weeks of "We apologise for the delay, we are following up your order to get it delivered to you as soon as possible."

In the meantime I tried every way possible to contact the company to ask for an explanation and better tracking. Despite multiple emails and contact form submissions I heard nothing at all. I was just about to have paypal refund my money, as I was sure I had been scammed, when the package finally arrived 4/01/2021. The watch was in perfect condition, so I am pleased about that.

If you choose to order from this company, I would advise:
1. Pay with Paypal so you are more likely to be able to cancel your payment if needed.
2. Expect delivery to take a very long time with ZERO communication

The website I used made it seem like the company was located in the Netherlands, but when I reserached the headquarters to direct complaints to, I noted they were in Taiwan.

No clear response as to when I will receive the phone I ordered. Bought on Dec 18th and as per Dec 30th it is still not clear when it will be shipping or arriving to me. Support staff is extremely slow and responses and not helpful as no specific information is provided.

Orderd the new chromecast.
I received the order within 10 days.
Mind you it was very busy during christmas.
Also got an adapter because here in Europe we have a different socket

Bought a Sony XM4 here for €100 cheaper than elsewhere. Arrived in 11 days, much sooner than I anticipated reading these reviews. They also assured me by e-mailing when your my order is processed and sent away.

Also go check out Amazon on this site, they receive even lower scores. Trustpilot is kinda dumb

I wish i had read these reviews before ordering via eGlobal. The lower prices convinced me to give them a go. I ordered an ipad 2020 for my son for Christmas. Ordered and paid on Nov 30. Emailed after two weeks for an update, no response. On December 23 I received an email to say somthing went wrong with the order, the ipad was never sent and that I should contact PayPal to get my money back!!!! Christmas was ruined for both my son and I :(. Unfortunately I did not pay via PayPal (I paid via ideal) so I will probably never recieve that money back. Never order through this site, pay a little extra and go via the legit websites such a MediaMarkt.

Update: finally recieved the refund, 30 days after payment was made.

I ordered an ipad the 4 December but, after that, total silence for weeks. I tried to contact eGlobal a number of times without response. When I filled a complaint with PayPal, eGlobal suddenly replied that they have never received the money because of a hilarious 'system connection error' (what is that?) and told me to ask for a refund to my bank. However, the money were taken right away from my account when I made the order, I received the order confirmation email from eGlobal, and the transaction was registered on the PayPal website. I hope to receive a refund from PayPal. Definitely my fault not to check where eGlobal is actually based before the purchase. UPDATE: PayPal reimbursed the full amount.

I read a lot of good and bad reviews about eGlobal Central. I decided to give it a chance. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 8/128GB for 518 euros. I was not in a hurry. Since we live in a pandemic AND it was the Christmas month I expected it would be delivered somewhere in the second half of January. That would have been fine by me. But i only took 14(!) days, that is 10 business days to arrive at my doorstep in The Netherlands. Everything was packed save and arrived in splendid condition. I would recommend eGlobal Central to my friends.

I ordered a phone, when it arrived it was broken. sent it back. one year later I still didn't get my money back! never trust it! they only have a warehouse in hong kong. so everything takes at least 3 months. worst experience ever

Articles were not delivered. Did not answer to inquiries. PayPal customer protection activated. So at least I got my money back - from PayPal. Don't order with eGlobal Central!

Waaaaay too late. Haven't heard from them for two weeks and the package is nowhere to be found...

I was afraid to order something from this webpage because there is so many negative reviews. I know that if you want to have cheaper stuff there are some disadvantages. The only disadvantage is shipping delay. I am the person who very often order something from China and it takes a lots of time to be delivered as well. So, no problem for me. The rest was exactly like described on their webpage. The shipping information was available on Paypal webpage from where I paid. It took them almost a month (November) to ship it. From 1.12. I noticed that the phone was shipped and now it is 09.12. and I have my phone. So, I can really recommend the site for people who don't trust. Just be patient. I recommend to pay via Paypal because you have additional way of protection in case of delivery problems. All in all I am very satisfied. The phone was properly packed and wrapped with bubble folie. Everything ok.

STAY AWAY!!! I wish I had checked this site before ordering.

This site wants you to believe it is located in the Netherlands!!!!! It is actually in Hong Kong.

I found out the hard way when, despite paying express shipping, the item I ordered did not take "six to eight days" but more than THREE WEEKS with no customer service updates. I had already bought another one so wanted to send it back, unopened.

They accept no responsibility for their unacceptable service and I have to pay the €66 return shipping. It is a huge scam.

I had to read reviews before my order. I faced with scam and fraud. They got my money but the order was not delivered. They refused to return money!!!
