Needs to be recipient friendly when selecting the vendor choice for the egifter card & the cart payment
When selecting the gift card you need to enter your email and then it shows up as a purchase and then when you pay it finalizes the transaction. It can be a bit confusing as a recipient of the card vs a purchaser.

Unable to find my partially completed order
It was not clear where how to pick-up on an order I had already started but had to come back to after gathering more information. Additionally, I did not an explanation of each card type while initiating my order.
