Parts missing customer service just ignore you, Do not buy from these cowboys as they take your money and never respond
AWFUL COMPANY

Brilliant. Delivery was quick and the product is so well made, easy to put together and far better than the egg chair I have in my garden which cost £100 more. Absolutely beautiful and super easy to put up ... I did most of it on my own ... love my eggie

I have been trying to contact Eggie over the last few weeks via web chat , facebook and email. I have received the chair but there are some screws missing which means I cannot put it together. This was a birthday present and I just want to put the chair together. No one is responding to my emails or messages.

The egg chair arrived really quickly and looks absolutely lovely!
This was bought as a present for our daughter’s garden and she is thrilled.

I've been looking around for ages for a reasonably priced and good quality chair. I found it with eggies....I love love love my chair. My only negative is the cushion it just needed more filling which I bought a bag of and now it's perfect.

Great service, ordered it on Thursday and it was delivered on Monday fabulous

Was very pleased with quickly delivery but the condition of the box was terrible had to check everything was ok as it’s a birthday present later on .When I emailed they send it must have happened in transit but they did refund me some money back I can’t fault the company

Lovely chairs, good quality build, easy to assemble with good packaging to protect through transportation. These chairs are an excellent design, they collapse up for winter storage. Most egg chairs do not do this. We had great customer service via email when the second chair from our 2 chair order did not arrive. We now have 2 chairs and are delighted. Thank you

Beautiful product delivered quickly. We had an issue with one of the parts which was resolved very quickly.

I would prefer it if there was a phone number to contact but the chat worked well in fairness. Would recommend and buy again.

Our delivery was missing the bolt pack but I sent off an email to the seller and the missing parts were sent straight out, can’t fault them for that. Great chairs, I can only recommend. 5*

I am really happy with the hanging egg chair. It is better than I thought and looks great in my garden. It's perfect strike quality/price. I have already recommended it to my neighbours :)

This company is taking peoples money with no stock to send out! Their website says despatched immediately however I have been waiting since May and my emails are now being ignored after being told the chair had been despatched in July which is still a long time to wait! I’ve still not received the chair and find it really frustrating that I spent £309 on a chair that I don’t think I’ll ever receive! Please Don’t buy from this site!

Ordered one chair back in April and did not realise that there would be such a long wait. The chair never arrived, the tracking number does not work and customer service have stopped replying to my emails asking when it will be delivered. Very disappointed. Now chasing a refund but getting no response at all from the company.

Update: Eggie tried to have my review taken down. Unfortunately I was able to prove that I had placed an order in April and had not received good customer service. After posting my review, I had started the process of getting my money back from my credit card company. Despite having contacted Eggie to cancel my order and request a refund, a chair was sent out in September. Because I had already contacted my credit card company to get my money back, I had to contact the courier to organise return of the chair to Eggie. Even after doing this, I still had to refuse actual delivery of the chair 2 days later because someone had told them that I desperately wanted the chair delivered. I do not know how my instructions to the courier company were overridden. A very unpleasant experience.

Another Update: It gets even worse. After advising me to ask my creditcard company for a refund, Eggie are now disputing the claim. I did exactly what they advised me to do but still they are disputing my claim. Such a bad experience. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I can not thank the company enough for a great service ordered & arrived within 2 days ready for my birthday….. it’s great Quality I’m very happy with my purchase.

1 star is generous! Ordered in April still not here. Keep going around in circles and now they’ve stopped emailing me back. I wouldn’t shop here again! And I’d tell everyone to avoid this company! I want my money back!!!!!!
