In a very competitive and swamped market place Matt was very happy to visit us twice to confirm all cable routes and the hardware locations so there were no surprises on installation day.

Installation was efficient and quick with the team working very cleanly and making sure everything looked as astheatically as good as it could. The roofing team and electrician were great and explained everything they were doing whilst Ewan visited a couple of time during the installation to make sure we were happy.

Finally they helped me set up the app and connect to Octopus before completing the installation.

Ewan has been a brilliant engineer and secured us the best possible deal on solar panels and a heat pump. Throughout the entire process, it has been smooth and entirely professional. 100% recommend.

Despite being very busy with other customers, Eco Green Energy responded by text and email to my concerns about my solar system (after my initial call to them) to keep me up-to-date and said they were seeking advice from the manufacturer which they did. I then received an email explaining what had caused the problem and that it had been fixed remotely - which it indeed had. My previous contacts with Eco Green (from initial enquiries in early 2025 about installation of solar panels and site visit and my millions of questions(!); to the actual installation a few months later at time I requested; and to the after-care when there was a teething problem but remedied) have been excellent. Also, my request for them to come back to fix bird netting was met promptly and I appreciated the personal service on this. The person I speak to when I have questions is always polite, keeps in touch and gets things done and I feel reassured when I have been concerned about a solar issue. Thank you.

The installer that came out to install my ep was great, the system was saving me. The best investment I’ve made in a while! Ewan and the team is always at hand to answer any questions and always willing to help.

I had my solar panels and heat pump installed by Eco Greenenergy Solutions in 2022, and the aftercare has been excellent ever since. Ewan is always on hand to help with any questions or issues and is proactive about arranging follow-up visits whenever needed.

Whilst the initial installation in 2023 was very efficient albeit installed several months after initially promised, their aftercare is truly awful.
The inverter recently developed a fault. When I initially rang them, I was told to email and someone would contact me the following week as no one available to help.
Several days went by the following week without contact from Eco Greenergy.
What followed was a week and a half of failure to return phone calls, promises of an engineer visits not kept, despite the fact that they wanted to charge me £300 for an engineer to visit despite the fact that the installation was supposed to have a 10 year guarantee.
Eventually I contacted Growatt, the manufacturer of the Inverter as Eco Greenergy had been so bad. Growatt were thankfully very efficient and we're able to diagnose and fix over the web without charge. 5stars to Growatt none for Eco Greenergy, 🤞I hope I don't have any more faults as I never want to deal with Eco Greenergy ever again.
After leaving the review, people from Eco Greenergy keep calling me in an aggressive and objectional manner.

We now have an air source heat pump, replacing an old central heating system. Theo and Christian the installers worked for hours to make everything work well. Very impressed by their efforts. Ewan worked hard to make the process as smooth as possible. It is not an easy feat, changing from a gas central heating system to an air pump.

Customer service absolutely appalling- once they take your deposit you’re constantly chasing them for updates. Tried to make us spend money on equipment which should have been covered by them and when challenged, cancelled our order.

The installer worked very hard over two days to complete the job.
The system works well. Back office staff were very diligent and helpful when I needed to reset the FoxCloud app to a new Wi-Fi address .

I made the leap into solar and battery and I have to say how impressed I was with Andy and Omar who came to do the installation. It was very straightforward dealing with the office who were incredibly responsive to my daft questions. I'm very pleased with the design & specification of the equipment and the quality of workmanship. Andy must be the most patient installer around as I peppered him with questions, Top Marks. Best of all, 24 hours into the installation on a dark and drizzly day, I have paid next to nothing for electricity imports. Top Job - A happy customer!

I decided to have solar panels installed after the council arranged a contract with Eco Green.
From start to finish this has been an easy process.

Super job, super installation, super value
Had been concerned about appropriate scaffolding for re-roofing, survival of my pre-existing BESS and disposal of my old panels and could not extract a response from Ewan. Otherwise the installation is as Ewan (very knowledgable) promised. Superb scaffolders - Alex of Masters, installation electrician Pavel Caus and panel installer Omar (neat job) . I have recommended my friend and neighbours to go ahead with their Eco GE Solns Solar Together installation.
I omitted to say how efficient Binila, the lynch pin at the office was - always responsive, and the admin team obtained and forwarded to me my DN0 G98 approval and Export MPAN number exactly 7 days from Installation !! Wow
'Another' company, last year took 20+ e-mails/telephone calls and 10 (ten months) to provide these.

I cannot believe how smoothly the process was. From the initial survey through installation to the final documentation it was faultless. I would recommend Eco Greenenergy Solutions to anyone who is seeking a first rate job.
