Having had text from Green Flag to let me know time technician would attend I had phone call from Everton’s as their man could be here sooner. Just as well because info they had rec’d was incorrect. Contact undertook to phone GF to clarify which he obviously did so technician was able to get to work straightaway. He was very thouroughly in trying to establish why battery so low and stayed long enough to recharge it.

I had an outstanding experience with Egertons Recovery when my car broke down in Longtown near Carlisle. Their driver arrived in less than 20 minutes, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and efficiency. The driver quickly identified the issue as a battery problem, got my car running again, and even followed me to the garage to ensure I arrived safely. The service was exceptional, and the driver’s dedication and care were truly impressive. I cannot praise Egertons Recovery enough—five stars for their top-notch service!

Absolutely fantastic service. Prompt and speedy, polite and professional. Couldn't have been more made up with the service from these guys. After being stranded on the m56 I had constant welfare checks and updates of the drivers progress in reaching me. Very reassuring considering the motorways when stranded are not the greatest of places to be. Was dropped off at home and the driver who collected me and the car couldn't have been more helpful. Truly a great job from egertons.

The technician helped my car out of a very tricky situation however, his breakdown vehicle was not equipped with a functioning jack (I mean, c’mon!!?!?) or anything to tie things with ie. Cables…. Is that cut backs ?

Great experience, had flat tyre on side of motorway and needed to have it replaced. Used through green flag and they explained they may be able to repair at side of road or tow us to place of safety. Arrived within an hour and replaced tyre at side of the road no problems.

Brilliant service only had to wait for 20 minutes for him to arrive and was sorted out in about 10 minutes

Turned a really annoying situation, finding ourselves stranded at the side of the motorway with a totally trashed tyre on the boat trailer, to a great experience. Good comms, very quick arrival and a very pleasant and helpful technician. Thank you

Arrived before time - diagnosed fault and able to drive home with assistance- friendly , knowledgeable and helpful

Broke down this morning (Saturday 12 July) in Bury, first to come out was from Thomas’s from Bolton, shocking, waste of time, no idea what he was doing, thankfully, we managed to get Egertons, completely different, Andy,who was extremely professional got us on his vehicle, delivered us to Middlewich, we can’t speak highly enough of their head office service, keeping us informed of call out times, but Andy was the stand out for us of their company, I hope no-one breaks down, but, if your fortunate enough to get Andy, you’re going to be ok👍👌🔜💎

Great service between Greenflag and Egertons; whole issue sorted within an hour and a half of the call to Greenflag (kudos to Egertons, this was at rush hour!) Friendly and professional service all round; even the van looked smart 🙂

I couldn't have asked for more reassurance under a stressful time. From the start I was kept upto date with my recovery time, and when the driver (Andy) came he was fantastic 👌 he constantly reassured me and made me feel at ease. I was taken to my desired Garage. 10 out of 10

Had to wait a while (“busy day”) but had the problem sorted in no time. Friendly efficient professional service.

My car lost power on the M6 motorway I rang for recovery and was to it could take up two hours but it arrived in around three quarters of an hour I was really impressed the guy that turned up was Polish and was great at his job and really pleasant and polite.

I was recovered on M6 north of Sandbach by Adam, who took me to Lymn services. He was friendly, reassuring and efficient. The recovery was delayed, Not by Eggertons but by the closure of the motorway briefly for Dave's Day! Thank you. I was on my own on a Smart section of motorway. Thanks Lynn21st june 2025

Egertons Recovery was quick, friendly and very capable. They kept me informed of arrival and the guy that came out couldn't have been more amenable and helpful.

After breaking down on M6 motoway a few weeks ago . Edgertons came to my rescue . Thanking their excellent recovery staff and office staff alike . They were prompt and knowledgeable . They recovered my vehicle,myself and passengers and took us to Brighton . I'm so grateful to everyone concerned at Edgertons for their excellent service ..
