I only gave the company one star…
I only gave the company one star because there wasn't a nil star option. I ordered a Windows tablet. It wasn't delivered and there is no way of sensibly communicating with them. I will be taking action via my credit card company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They can't deliver on anything, avoid at all costs.
I ordered an Asus VG249Q on Sunday the 21st April, and received a confirmation saying that I would be sent a tracking number upon dispatch. They claim that they have "next day delivery" - but by Wednesday I had heard nothing other than an email claiming the package had been "misrouted" by the courier and would be delivered Thursday instead. Fair enough.
So Thursday afternoon came around, I received nothing. I phoned up and after numerous attempts, managed to speak to someone who confirmed it was going to arrive Thursday. Wrong. I phoned in first thing Friday morning and apparently the monitor hadn't even left the warehouse yet! So how was it misrouted if it hasn't left the warehouse yet? Red flag. All they could do was arrange Saturday delivery. Guess what? Nothing came.
After many failed attempts to get on the phone with someone who could authorise a refund, broken promises of being emailed and seemingly no honesty displayed whatsoever, this company is nothing more than a scam. They even tried to tell me that it had already been shipped, when I haven't even received a tracking number, let alone the product. I've had to claim a charge-back through my bank to get a refund.
Don't waste your time or money, shop elsewhere.

Delivery good but poor customer service.
I ordered a TV and it came in good time but the receipt was odd and I received three e-mails all confirming my order. I thought I had mistakenly ordered three tvs and e-mailed the company's customer support but received no reply. Could be a lot better with communication. I also found the website difficult to login to.
