Cashouts are quick even with bigger amounts. I've withdrawn several times without delays and deposits are just as simple.

I've been placing slightly larger bets lately and everything went well. No cashout issues, and I even received a few exclusive offers on top of regular bonuses. Feels like they take care of active players here.

I am writing this review while I am currently waiting for withdraws/cashouts. Should EGB actually send me the money I have waiting on multiple cashout requests then I will have made a profit on this site.

brief summary of experience so far:
*Deposited roughly a total of 2000$.
*Initial attempt to withdraw was rejected and has to do multiple verification steps such as a zoom call with an EGB employee.
*Attempted again and roughly 125$ was success after about 3 day wait time
* After two successful withdraws (125$ total) I am now waiting since the 6th of October for the next withdraw to be approved.

I now have over a dozen withdraw requests waiting...

Update: after two months of waiting for any of my cashouts to be approved. They have now blocked my account and support arent answering my emails.

The site is good but sometimes bonus terms are a little confusing for new players.

As soon as I start winning, these fu**ers made it impossible for me to rollover the bonus, so they basically stole 400€. well After that I tried to withdraw the 1000€ I had left in the account. They asked every personal detail about me, photos, bank statements, ETC. Then when I gave every detail as they asked, they closed my account and now they been ignoring me about a month. If anyone knows a way to get my money back from these criminals, that would be nice.

One of the worst betting sites. Unfair, dishonest, and employing deceptive practices that are illegal. I'm a user with three withdrawals up to 8 months old that I haven't been able to complete. Write to support and they'll tell you your request has been transferred to the finance department (5 times). Avoid being scammed. I recommend never using this site under any circumstances.

After 10 years of loses I finally won $20k but after waiting 31 day my cashout were denied and I had to verified my profile which took another 31day(they ignored all my emails about the verification). After the whole process I was thinking now I can finally cashout my money but boy how wrong was I... now its almost 50 days after my verification and my cashouts are all "under process" and all my emails are ignored. So if you looking to make some money find a different website because this is scam.

out of my $261 I was only allowed to withdraw$100 my remaining balance is still pending on the app for week's now and this is actually very bad I don't know what's going on please release my remaining money EGB it's official 20Days since all this issue

Avoid at all costs. They scammed me and tried to lie to Casino Guru when I submitted a complaint. However they didn't prove anything and hence Casinoguru closed the complaint. Scammers! Never play here. They keep less than 2k from me hope they lose way more by others not depositing!!!

Dead site

If you wanna play in EGB, don't. Been a user of this site since 2017, and it goes lower and lower than when it already has. You just deposit and deposit and they don't ever give you your withdrawals if you win. They only probably have bots as users now.

If you try to wait for your withdrawals they cancel it after 5 days and just say they have technical issues with payment provider site. Which literally means, "They got NO MONEY". They force you to withdraw via P2P instead which usually takes forever since what I told you, this is a dead site, no users "nada".

If you wanna risk it, then go. But I'm telling you now base on experience, this site is dead as it goes for the future as well.

I am filing this complaint regarding my account on EGB. My username is - ZeaTok
On June 15, I submitted a withdrawal request for $460.
On June 16, instead of processing the withdrawal, I was asked to pass full KYC verification.
I submitted all required documents and on June 22, I received confirmation that my verification was approved.
I then resubmitted the withdrawal — but on June 23, it was cancelled again without any explanation. A new verification request appeared, this time requiring a video call.
However, I was only contacted about scheduling the video call on June 25, and the actual call took place on June 27.
As of today, July 6, I have received no updates or decisions. I contacted live support several times, and the only reply I received was:
"Your case has been forwarded to our specialists. You will receive an email after the call is reviewed."
It has now been one week since the video verification, and almost three weeks since my initial withdrawal request — with no clear explanation or access to my funds.

Had a KYC delay, but support resolved it in 1 hour with actual human replies (no bots!). They even followed up to check if everything worked. This level of service is rare in betting.

Withdrawing Bitcoin takes less than 10 minutes - no joke. After dealing with slow bank transfers on other sites, this is a dream. EGB is my go-to for crypto betting now.
