The company claims to provide a free product. You spend a large amount of time filling the form, to find out at the end that you have to pay. When people write this review, they claim that there are forms to download for free, but they cannot be found anywhere. Totally misleading!

Forms are easy to complete. If any problems, customer service is happy to assist and very knowledgeable, and make sure your problems are taken care of. I would recommend eForms over having an attorney do them for you, and I have done this with a few friends so far. Great service!
