Received the goods

Received my >340 euro goods, and was surprised to receive an invoice 3 months later from customs that was 150 euros. Needless to say: i thought i had a good deal, but I will NOT order again.

Good experience with returns

Polite and professional service. I returned a pair of goalie pants that had torn after a few uses. It took some time but I got them exchanged for new, better pants from another brand, only paying the difference in price.
