Hi Clare, we do not provide cleaning products for general cleaning. That is clearly written on our website. When you book a general cleaning we send you a list of supplies you need to have. If you are not happy with that you can cancel with no extra charge at all. We provide cleaning products for deep cleaning only

Improvements required.
2 cleaners turned up instead of 3 although they did do the committed hours between them.
They did everything in the end but needed guidance, if not the house would not have been deep cleaned.

Thanks for your review. It helps us improve our services. I just want to point out that we told Belinda that we will send between 2 to 3 cleaners. If we send three they will take less time and if we send two they will take more time. There was another lady in the house who was controlling everything the cleaners were doing. According to our policy there must be no one in the house when cleaning is taking place. When cleaning is done thats when we call owners for inspection. After inspection cleaners can rectify whatever was missed during the cleaning. In this case there was constant interference.

Nice cleaners, work very hard. Happy whit the jobs ex floor I had to remind them to mop them did not do hall way or living room.I paid a extra 50euro for the cooker to be cleaned very happy whit it when it was done. Kitchen good. Bathrooms could been done better but still happy whit it and live room done very well except floors been mopped out.Some dust left in main bedroom. But otherwise very happy I would recommend them. It was a deep clean I got done Good.
Value for the price. They where on time and work for 3 hrs.

Appalling service
Appalling service. We had a lady who threw away our things into a black refuse bag - didn’t even ask us where we wanted them put. Our mirrors were filthy after she cleaned them because she used the wrong cleaning agent. She spent over 45 mins longer than she should have to clean, so I felt sorry for her and gave her a big tip, but then realised afterwards that she hadn’t even covered what she was supposed to in the 3 hour slot. Would never hire them again.

A good service for a fair price
I was happy with the work done by the cleaning team. Cleaners arrived on time and when job nearing completion a supervisor arrived to check on the work. Afterwards, I felt the window cleaning could have been better. But the job was well priced, being considerably cheaper that the competition. I would be happy to recommend the service.

Wouldn't recommend them for deep cleans
Only one star because I can't go any lower. Prepaid for a deep clean and that was far from what we received. I was not impressed with their services at all. I can't comment on their general cleans but I would not recommend their deep clean.
