I tried multiple times to send a fax
I tried multiple times to send a fax. First through website then through email. After 10 attempts or so only one page was actually sent. I have been charged £7.20 per day or in some cases multiple times per day. I've cancelled and asked for refund. In the end I was able to use Dropbox fax which took 1 x to successfully send. I wouldn't recommend using this service

Excellent customer service
I was back n forth trying to reach out to customer support earlier today due to an issue with my eFax account has been suspended temporarily. After a long hold, finally i have managed to spoke to Elizabeth V via only chat function.
She was very polite, pleasant and helpful person.
Asked me all the relevant security questions ( which indicates, she is taken security very seriously ) and once all confirmed she has confirmed, she has checked my account and sent me a reactivation link, issue has been resolved within a minutes.
she was very professional and spot on on her job. She is an asset to your firm.

Annual Subscription Fee
Called today and was answered by a pleasant, lovely lady - Elizabeth V.
Very keen to assist me in all matters in a calm and professional manner.
I needed her to cancel my annual subscription after quite a few years as this service is no longer needed and without much ado, had it done quite quickly.
Made my day.

I called the European customer service line and was connected to Iraia M. who was incredibly helpful to me in cancelling my account since I had had many issues doing so through the normal methods. She was wonderful!
