Pushy sales tactics with an added sob story or two by the salesman.
The classic “limited time offer” to get you to buy.
Price wasn’t even great and came away from the experience feeling like we’ve been had and feeling pretty stupid for falling for the sales tactics. Window salesmen are worse than car dealers.

I would’ve let this slide and not left a review, but the window was fitted about three years ago and they still contact myself and my wife to sell us more windows, despite saying that we were unhappy with the service and clearly saying “please delete my details from your system”. The same salesman would also come to the door every month or so with the classic “we’re doing work on your neighbours house”, seeming to forget how many times he’s knocked. We have since moved out of the county and clearly stated this also, yet they keep calling. They have called several times over the years and will not give up, even after being blocked they just call back on a withheld number.

We recently had Ed Taylor from EE Glazing come round and I just wanted to say how impressed we were.

From the moment he arrived, he was polite, easy to talk to and just a genuinely nice guy. He explained everything clearly without overcomplicating things, and was happy to answer all the questions we had (there were quite a few!).

What really stood out was that he didn’t rush us at all. He even took extra time on a Sunday afternoon to go back through everything with my wife so she felt just as comfortable and informed, which we really appreciated.

At no point did we feel pressured, he listened to what we wanted and just gave honest, helpful advice.

All in all, a really positive experience. Great customer service and a credit to the company.

Superb service throughout. Hassle-free initial meeting, survey and fitting. I have followed up on having windows changed by now replacing my conservatory roof with this company. Excellent prices too, particularly the roof as now an existing customer.

I originally posted quite a lengthy and detailed review that has since been deleted, so in the interest of transparency and the fact that I refuse to be silenced by a company who are happy to employ men that make you uncomfortable in your house because of pressure selling, here is a shorter version. I had a new door fitted by them in November 2024, I then had to call them out again last year around July/September I think as the door wasn't shutting properly and they had to make adjustments.
However, in January 2025 an appointment for a quote was pushed on me by the sales team as I'd mentioned getting a couple of windows done in the future. It was arranged for after work and when I arrived home he was there already after having rang my doorbell 3 times because he didn't believe I wasn't in. I was given a quote to which I thanked him, then he got visibly angry at the fact I wasn't taking him up on it there and then. What followed was a phone call to the office and another angry man who was shouting over the phone. The phone was then pushed towards me and the man sitting in my house then started demanding I repeat my excuse for not accepting the quote at that time. Pressure selling is a disgusting tactic, and I can see how people agree to things under these conditions because it is genuinely horrible to be made to feel like that in your own home.

Very pleased with my windows and the fitting of them. Spencer was very respectful. Have placed an order for the rest of my windows to be replaced.

We are extremely pleased with this Company. From the onset everyone has been very friendly and professional. The workman who put the windows and doors in were very pleasant to have around and cleaned up really well. I think my drive was cleaner than when they arrived! The new units look great - nothing for us to do and the price was very fair too. All in all - delighted.

Easy to deal with, high quality service and a really good installation team

Perfectly adequate windows and doors but extremely aggressive marketing - I felt pressured into timescales that were not suitable for me as a newly postpartum mother and since then I have had phone calls on a fortnightly basis, always from a new number (as I am blocking them), asking if I was happy with the work and if there's anything else they can do. I wonder if it will ever stop. DO NOT ENGAGE

We had Darren, Simon and Cameron fit our windows and doors today.

Initially arrived earlier than we were expecting but really understanding of having to wait due to needing to do the school run.

Once they got started they were very efficient and quick but this didn’t affect the standard of the work they did! Very friendly and kind too which is always a bonus when you have work men in the house.

Would recommend!

Had all my windows and doors replaced. Wonderful quality, great value. The installers Darren, Simon and Cameron are amazing, 5 windows 1 door and you wouldn’t know they had been here. Very polite, worked great as a team, cleaned up everything we are very impressed. The installers were quick and efficient great bunch of guys. I would recommend them to others.

Second installation from EE Glazing Ltd & couldn't be happier. Following the install of lovely French Doors last year, we decided to go for full a double glazing replacement. Really happy with the finished job!! The team were polite & considerate & above all delivered a first class job.

Was thinking of getting a quote for a porch, arranged for them to come back to measure up, when they did so , they said they couldnt go through with the quote as my partner wasnt in and " both parties have to agree." Cancelled all further appointments because i couldnt be bothered with the hassle. Went with another company, 2 years later, I STILL get phone calls and people knocking on my door.
STOP HSRASSING PEOPLE, NO MEANS NO

I'm writing specifically about EEGlazing's fitters of gutters, soffits, fascia - Darren, Simon, Cameron and Oli. They took the best part of 2 days, arriving early and working hard. They were polite and appreciative of drinks - and I was appreciative of 'extras' they did for me whilst up on the scaffolding (filling a few bits of gable end where concrete had come away) - and of their tidying up afterwards. They didn't have the best weather (high winds on day 2 - and it must have been very cold), but they didn't take this out on me! I am not an expert, so have no real means of telling whether they did an excellent job; but I feel pretty confident that they did. The men seemed entirely trustworthy and I got the impression they take a pride in their work. It all LOOKS good, anyway!

Right from the start with the salesman coming round and sorting out for me what i needed and negotiating a good price. Next stage was the workers who were super efficient,did the job well and in good time. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who wants doors or windows installed

Very happy with the new door, surround & specialised window pattern. Everyone comments how lovely it looks. Fitters were excellent. Clean, tidy, friendly and did an amazing job.

Got a visitor yesterday and an appointment made for a salesman to visit in the evening. When the salesman arrived my wife had a bad migraine so I had to cancel. He then told me I had to call the office to cancel. I told him I tried twice but they didn't answer. So he then called the office and I had to explain why I needed to cancel. I had to say I didn't want another appointment and they weren't happy.
The following day the guy who called on us in the previous morning also rang and when would we like another appointment for a salesman. He was told no but started to get insistent so I hung up. I have now blocked ALL numbers. I found them too pushy. I will never have anything to do with them again.
Complete farce. I do not appreciate being told I had to make an appointment and that I had to talk to the office to explain why I wanted to cancel.
Avoid this company at all costs.

I wasn't going to write a review, The door was fitted in 2024, but they keep ringing me offering more work despite me repeatedly advising them that I wouldn't use them again. The Salesman offered quite a few things that it turned out we couldn't have eg. We wanted a country style door with a cat flap, He made quite a big thing of calling the office and asking if a cat flap could be fitted into that style of door and confirmed it could be. Offered brown coloured glass, Offered a low profile sill. When the Surveyor arrived he advised that the cat flap couldn't be fitted in the style we had chosen and offered a similar style, that they didn't do a brown glass so we chose a different colour and that the low profile was not suitable for our hallway. So overall a nice door, but not the style or colour or profile that we originally wanted and we should have walked away, but went ahead. Door is nice but the fitting was pretty average.Additionally the salesman offered us an extra discount when we were wavering on the price as long as they could take before and after photos and use them on their advertising. This was just a ruse to give us a further discount which was already in the bank for wavering customers. There were no photos taken..

Fifty percent deposit seems high, but I suppose it's to reduce drop outs.

The door was fitted by one fitter who travelled from Essex, when I asked about local fitters he said that all the fitters are from Essex and only the sales and office teams are local.. Quite a lot of mastic used above and around the door which I would have expected to be mortar rather than filler.

They had to come back because the fitter hadn't fitted the handle correctly and when the door was pulled shut the handle came away from the door. A very simple job, but one that I didn't want to do in case it invalidated the guarantee. Where the door handle has not been fitted correctly it had scratched the surface of the door which also needed a repair.

Overall I wasn't impressed by the salesman offering things that couldn't be done. The office staff were really helpful prior to the door being fitted. The repair contact number is hit and miss depending on who you get to speak to. Some of them sounded like they were doing you a favour by picking up the phone, but they did come back and put a scratch pen over the mark on the door.
