Custom duties not included & unknown
This company will sell you an item without informing you of extra custom duties which will be unknown until the item has been received. This is hidden in their terms and conditions but not informed when you make your purchase. I find this practice deceitful as in my opinion this charge should be prepaid and included in advance.

Or you could inform before paying of this cost. If you have a bad customer experience like mine you could take my feedback and improve future customer experience by informing future sales. Instead, you prefer to put the shame on the customer, reject any responsibility and tell the customer they should read the terms and conditions. My review is not shameful, it is the consequence of your poor web experience and your hidden costs. And your response just corroborates how badly you lead your business and how deserved my review is.

When you buy an item from a store located in another country, it is your responsibility to check if there could be customs duties to pay when the item arrives in your country. If you had just read the "delivery" information page of our website, you would have read that import charges are not included in advance.
Instead of admitting that you were not careful when you bought, you preferred to damage a company's reputation with this shameful review.
