Don’t order from this site. I purchased shoes. Indicated it was delivered but I never the got delivery. There is no phone to contact. I sent email and never got the reply. So sad

WARNING! I ordered a bag from this website and its shipped from China - it took over 3 weeks to arrive (so missed Xmas) when I went to return it - you have to return it to China! and it cost £29!!!

Also I found exactly the same bag on Amazon for half the price.

They don’t respond to emails. I never received my product. This website IS A SCAM. Please do not be like my mom and buy something from this website.

This company appears under multiple different names / spellings (e.g. “edyisa” and variations), making the responsible legal entity unclear.

Order confirmation referenced express delivery, which later changed to explanations about handmade products and extended timelines.

After requesting cancellation, I received a written confirmation that no costs would be incurred, yet no refund was processed.

At the same time, emails from another account claimed the order was shipped, with a non-functioning tracking link.

Since then, there has been no response.

Buyers should proceed with caution and carefully document all communication.

Terrible. They have this super nice website and say they are UK based but the products clearly are made and shipped from China. Also they say “suede” but quality of the boots is horribly low and the smell is very harshly chemical. I would not trust wearing those. I have asked for a refund and hope to get it but I’m quite hopeless.

Edit to add: they also remove comments on Instagram, leaving just the fake ones full of hearts. Scammers

I wouldn’t even give them one star. This company is bullshit. I will tell everyone I know about my experience I am so mad. Scammers

DO NOT use this website - it is not legit. Nil customer service responses and goods did not arrive. No tracking. Nothing.

i ordered a top from here which took a month to be delivered.. i also ordered some boots which the heel snapped in the first hours of wearing them :(

I tried to return an item and there is no way of returning it , no place to ship to , I have emailed and Instagram DMed and no one even got back to me . The item doesn’t even fit . Such bad service

I also fell into the trap of this scammy company. Says UK-based but clearly not. I placed an order 10 days ago and don't even have a confirmation that it has shipped.
Should have looked at these reviews before ordering rather than the fake reviews on their website!

I wish I could put zero !! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. I bought boots for $180 and I even received a text that they were delivered and I have no boots but they got my money. Unreal!! I have just posted my reviews all over their Instagram to hopefully notify others.

Whatever you do, don't fall into their fake marketing. I never received my product, made a dispute with my bank and they clearly forged documentation. I also reached out multiple times and received no response from them. I am highly disappointed.

This company is an absolute joke! I have returned an item that didn’t fit and they are refusing to give me a refund because I didn’t keep the tracking number so somehow they can’t check if they received my refund? I had to pay extra to send the parcel back to China because their returns base in London was closed! Do not buy from this company…or I wouldn’t even call it that.

Some kind of fake company with fake goods.

This company is a joke! They never delivered my order and there is a huge gap in the tracking process that proves that. But they say they have proof of delivery and refuse a refund!

I ordered a top, it was broken as soon as I opened it. Luckily it was only the strap having come off so it meant I could sew it back. But the customer service team said they’d ship me another one and that it was on its way…. It’s now 3 months later and nothing has arrived so they lied. I really don’t recommend this company as if you need a refund or an exchange product I doubt they’ll continue replying to you. Scam!!!
