I had a very positive experience. The service was professional, efficient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I am very satisfied and would gladly recommend it to others.

I applied for UAE tourist visas for myself and my son through eDubai Visa. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing, especially considering the high service fee.
My application was submitted without asking me to correct obvious issues with the documents. Our photos did not have a white background, and the passport number on the uploaded passport copy was not clearly visible, yet I was never asked to provide corrected documents before submission.
Although my son and I were traveling together, our applications were submitted separately rather than as a family application.
I also provided supporting documents proving my ownership share in a property in Dubai. However, these documents appeared to have been completely overlooked, as they were not reflected in the application or discussed with me in any way.
After the refusal, I was not informed of the reason for the visa rejection, and no one suggested the possibility of submitting a reconsideration request with the supporting documents that had already been provided.
For the price charged, I expected a much more careful review of my application, proper attention to the supporting documents I submitted, and professional guidance throughout the process.

Why isn’t it stated from the beginning that a security deposit maybe requested for certain countries. I have been asked to make a security deposit of AED2,100 which was never communicated in the beginning

It’s the first time applying for a visa. I did it on Saturday and I was abit worried that it wouldn’t come out on time.
