Bought from them before and actually got all the files they stated on their site,and was satisfied *5star*.
I just recently bought a song for $270 and now it gave me a README.txt file that has NO FILES..just all coded and download name was “Purchase-receipt”. Sent customer service message about the problem and Will keep updated. I just hope they send me the download link. By seeing all these bad reviews just gives me anxiety…I wanna build my trust with them and I like how it’s setup but this just happened to me… AND I DON’T WANT TO ESCALATE THIS PROBLEM TO SOMETHING EVEN BIGGER…

Not worth buying productions from them. The result is at a low level and you need to continue working after. In addition to that, their producers recycle channels from tracks and use them in new tracks and they fail to bring the productions to a level of unique recognition in Shazam. A waste of your money

One of my songs posted has been sold, but I haven't received the payment yet and I don't know the payment schedule. They haven't responded to my email for more than two weeks.

Bought promo package from them, they shootout me for 2 hours for 80$, plus I waited a month to get that.. go around them, they are lame

The site became straight trash since 2018. As a ghost producer I have to wait for a response from the support for a week, sometimes they don't even answer my emails. They are slow in general not just with the emails. The payments are being delayed too. There are cases in which i've waited several months to receive the money for my sold tracks. Bye.

One of the best ghost producing sites out there. Seeing the other reviews, there are possibly some improvements to be made, maybe like automating the e-mail with track link to buyer after payment confirmation.

I received my track finally after almost 3 weeks, I'll up the rating to 3 stars but the fact there was no response for 3 weeks or any warning of a long wait is what is stopping it from being 5

** FOR ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING A TRACK, DO NOT DO IT **

If you are a looking to purchase a track, please do not use this website, you will not get your product and you will simply have your money taken. There is no customer support what so ever, except an email to which they do not respond to.

When I purchased a track, I spent $600, and all I got was an email with a .txt file telling me to wait 24 hours. It has now been nearly 100 hours, with no response from customer support (I have sent multiple emails), no download to my track, no response from their facebook page, and there is no other way to contact them. They have literally taken $600 from my bank and gone silent.

Please do not trust this website, they are a complete fraud and their customer support is a laughing stock. I am currently in the process of disputing the payment with my bank so I can get my money back as the company will not reply to any emails or send me my product.

Avoid at all costs.

I signed up to this site and submitted a track and it got accepted. It was on sale for months until it disappeared off of the list of tracks available so I assumed that I'd get my track signed back over to me. I submitted another track some time later as usual through WeTransfer but the link expired without it being downloaded. I tried twice afterwards but still no joy. Then out of the blue I received an email saying that my previous track had been sold. I received my money quite quickly, and in that email thread I asked why my second track hadn't been downloaded after submitting it three times. I was told that I had to apply to be a ghost producer. That didn't make sense as I'd obviously just sold a track! I thought it was a bit odd them not having the decency to tell me a few weeks earlier that I had to do that. So I did it and nothing happened. I tried submitting my second track again amongst sending emails to a couple of different people from there but still nothing happened and the track still wasn't downloaded. This went on for weeks. I then tried enquiring directly through their site and after several days I got a reply saying that they weren't accepting new producers for the foreseeable future. Again I stated that I wasn't a new producer, and surely if all of their producers received the same treatment then they would all be left redundant if they had to apply from scratch but not be able to? Total nonsense obviously! So after a few weeks someone I know had a go at enquiring about signing up and submitting a track, and he got a response about an hour later which was very welcoming. A totally different experience! So it seemed pretty obvious that they didn't want me personally bothering with them again. I asked once more if they were accepting new producers and they said that they will at some point. And this was without my second track ever being listened to. So I've given up on them now. I really don't understand why they seem to want to run their reputation into the ground like that!?

They cheat the producers. The quality of the service is low. I don't recommend it!

Very slow service. Money can wait a very long time.
I have to constantly remind you of everything. Tracks are often confused and lost.

Purchase a ghost produced track and received it within 1 hour. Great service, highly recommended!

I was worked with them since 2014 and everythig was fine until about year ago when they started to pay you after 2-3 months and if you dont’t bother them probably you won’t get paid.They owe me money for song and am planing to sue them.Avoid them.

I started working with this site back in 2016. Everything was great. The site design was different back then, way worse than it is now but my songs kept on selling. I got paid in a timely manner and never expected that things would change.

Sadly, they have. EDMGhostproducer has turned into a scam website, at least for producers looking to sell their music. I don’t know what happened, but things have turned ugly and this site is completely ruined now.

Communication with the owners is impossible - they either don’t answer or take weeks to get back. They also withhold payment. Yes, you dont get notified about sold songs and you don’t get paid.

Producers, stay away! Take this warning seriously. There is a big chance you will get scammed and your music will get stolen from you!

Today i am working with edm and i am enjoying it, we agreed on payments and it is being fulfilled. Of course, everything can improve

Bloody tools work here.. I sent in a track and it got ACCEPTED but had a reply from RON saying i must send thru an instrumental version of the track.
I re upload the project without vocals and then get a reply saying sorry this track isnt what our clients are looking for. Like for real? One minute they accept the track next minute they dnt.

Also takes them about 4 weeks to respond to an email even tho I purchased there pro account which states 1 day replies and turn around with songs.

Scammers, and total dipshits, took about two months to take my track then it got marked as sold for two months now and still no payment, no one is answering, i even took 2 months of pro dashboard and they didn't even uploaded my other track that i signed papers in whole fkin month,
basically i paid them two months of pro dashboard got scammed of two tracks and wasted lot of time and nerves trying to communicate with these scammers
