wrong color was sent and unfortunately…
wrong color was sent and unfortunately i now have to go thru the process of returning it which is troublesome for me.
i will say that the customer service f/u has been excellent. i was disappointed that i wasn't able to exchange the sheet for the color that i wanted.
i was able to print out the return label and have in fact returned the sheet. i am waiting for confirmation that it has been received by bloomingdales. if you could f/u with that i would be most appreciative

Thought this Dickies product was an exact replacement for my Winter Dickies jacket. The picture looks like it and the price was about what I paid last time. It's not! This is an expensive sweatshirt!! Probably my fault, but I would still warn others to beware of ordering on-line. Read the small print!

Amazing customer support!
Shortly after I placed my order, I received an email stating that the item was not available from the particular retailer and Editorialist was searching for another retailer. In less than 24 hours, I was notified that another retailer was found and at a savings of $17. The communication from Editorialist has been extraordinary. I look forward to receiving my shoes!

Do not trust their returns or sizing at…
Do not trust their returns or sizing at all. They provided inaccurate information on what size I needed to order after the first package was incorrect. They do not know what size the companies are based out of US,IT, UK, etc. and then if a product is rejected by the merchant if you are trying to return you do not get your money back and get robbed. Use Shopbop or revolve. This company has awful customer service.

After carefully reviewing our records and the previous conversation with our support team, we can confirm that the items were returned to us. During the inspection process, one of the pieces was found to have staining, which is why it did not meet the return conditions for a full refund. That said, we did proceed with a 50% refund for that item, which was agreed upon at the time. Our customer support team truly did their best to handle the situation fairly and transparently, and we appreciate the communication throughout the process.
