I accidentally ordered my package to my home address instead of my school one and I was freaking out because I needed it soon. So, I emailed customer service thinking they wouldn’t answer me and I got an email back about 30 minutes after I sent mine fixing my problem for me! It shipped the next morning and will still get here in time so I don’t have to worry! Great customer service!

Amazing! Easy, quick, and helpful

Great customer service! I placed my first order and while most items fit perfectly and were good quality, one item had a pulled thread that was unraveling the collar of a cardigan. I reached out to customer service and they immediately shipped me a replacement free of charge and told me to keep or donate the damaged item. I had another item to exchange so they sent out my requested size and a shipping label free of charge to return the item that was too small. I’d definitely shop here again!

The shipping was absolutely fast, at first there was some issue with the location of the delivery but it was solved in absolute no time! The whole team of service is fantastic and kind!

I requested information regarding how to return an item that was too small. I received a response very quickly with a QR attached. I wish my insurance company would have such good customer service.

If you have a larger bust (around a C cup or above), the Rhian Lacey Pleated Babydoll Top may not be very flattering. It doesn’t offer much support, and the open neckline can look a bit awkward when the cups are fully filled. The frilly lace back is a nice detail and actually looks better than the front.

I was aware of the £5 return fee, as it’s stated in the terms and conditions, so that wasn’t an issue. However, the refund amount was misleading. I originally paid £20.30 for the top, but when processing the return, they recalculated the item price as £18.27 before deducting the £5 fee. This meant I only received £13.27 back, so I ended up losing an extra £2.03 that I wasn’t expecting.

The company itself is good, but if you plan on returning items, just be aware you will likely lose money either way.

The Buttoned Waist Low Rise Baggy Jeans are good, the Vivi Mesh Asymmetric Tube Top is also good, and the Dream Babydoll Waffle Tank Top and Dream Waffle Shorts are both really nice as well.
