So Happy with the Brand/Team
So Happy with the Brand/Team, bought a Diamond T-shirt and only wore it twice after the second wash Some Diamonds fell off the T-shirt and I contacted the EH team and the quickly answered my request, they extended my warranty and send me a new T-Shirt, quality is amazing, designs are unique, textures and fabrics are insanely good, you just have to be very careful about the instructions on the article/product.

Awfull service
Products are fine, though quite expensive for what you get. Service is awfull. They have sent me the wrong size in a torn bag and custumer service hasn't replied to me in over a week. There was also no return form included or return address label, and I don't have a printer. I now need to spend a lot of time energy and my own money to try to replace it with the correct size, hoping it won't be sold out when the return pachage reaches them.

Not impressed with the quality control tbh, as the seam came undone on one of the legs the first time she wore them.
Don’t expect that for a pair of £100+ jeans! Won’t be buying again.

Love everything, except shipping.
Clothes are amazing quality and look great.
Only down side is the shipping, costs a fortune and it’s really slow, wait time of about 10-15 days. Had to return some stuff and shipping costs to return fell on me, didn’t receive the new item until about 2 and a half weeks after i shipping the pair i was returning.
Other than that small issue I have no complaints, will definitely continue to come back

First time ordering from Ed Hardy, as an adult and I must say I am not impressed unfortunately. The delivery was quick and packaging was simple (it came in the grey bag you normally get your amazon package in). However, the dress did not live up to my expectations. As a full maxi dress, the riding up it has/does is not worth it. My whole bum was exposed during walking. Luckily, I had a long jacket to cover me so I let it slide. But comfortably dancing in this dress will be impossible as you will end up having your ass OUT! Now, if this is your vibe, this is the perfect dress for you as it is beyond beautiful on the skin. The mesh compliments your complexion perfectly and whatever accessories you decide to pair with it will shine through as well (chile… my waistbeads were glistening alll night). I just hoped it stayed downnnn like a maxi and covered my already exposed ass 🤭
