I ordered two wallets from EDGE Essentials December 9, 2023. It is now January 3, 2024 and I have not received my wallets. I got a email stating that their warehouse caught on fire and I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I believe this is a scam. They gave me a tracking number, but my item has not been mailed out. They don’t even deserve one star they deserve none.

Scam!! Careful not to order these wallets from instagram or directly from their website. They will not ship them or take months to ship them. My sense is they are not a us based company and have no real inventory to support their business. I have reached out to the number they gave Amex and it’s a non-working number. I emailed them and they gave me some lame excuse about a fire in their warehouse but couldn’t provide any proof to substantiate the claim. Furthermore you would think that a fire that multiple employees were injured in would have made it to the news but no such thing. Amex happily refunded me and you should call them and ask for the same.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Got a confirmation email and everything appeared to be ok. Now no response from emails sent asking ‘where is my order?’

it would appear that I too have been had!

When you think ur getting a deal 😂 just to get a slap in the face. I finally received my 2-wallets & 2-key chains after a month of not being able to track. I received an email stating there had been a fire in their warehouse too. I did see on shop that it had been shipped pretty fast, supposedly. But no tracking of it was possible & like I said it took a while. I reached out to them a couple times via email, with response that my merch was already shipped. Yup I got them finally, definitely get what you pay for because these wallets are CRAP!! So tiny, no room for your cash & and some plastic of some sort inside them that’s connected, I have no idea what that’s for. It’s total garbage!! They were suppose to be Christmas presents for my son & nephew that they’re not getting, no way! And, since there’s no refund (unless there’s damage) you’re screwed. Good luck!!

After ordering, then finding out my items were back ordered, they refused to cancel my order and refund my money! I’m in the process of doing a charge back with my credit card.

Would give less than 1 if I could and wish I had checked here first. Delays after delays then a “fire” was the latest excuse which others have commented on here. When it eventually arrived- absoute rubbish. Wallet stinks of glue or solvent and is clearly plastic and not leather. I would avoid and go to Ekster who have far superior wallets. They say you get what you pay for- avoid this company and poor products.

Company is a scam, Ordered two wallets and then changed my mind the same day after reading reviews and asked for an order cancellation. Got an email that order was already processed yet still no shipping info. Then received an email about a warehouse fire. Still no tracking or shipping information. Total scam!! Got me for $32.00+.

This company is a fraud I ordered two wallets and they sent me a shipping tracker where the items was never delivered to the shipper and the shipment never went out. I ordered on 12/13/23 and it is now 12/30/23 and the tracker does not show that the shipment went out.

Absolutely disgusting fake company, ordered 2 edge essentials wallets on the 1st December and they still haven’t arrived, received an email regarding a warehouse fire and prefers will be delayed, which is total crap. I give zero stars, do not buy from this website.😡🤬

Same as all the other reviewers. Ordered two wallets, received confirmation of shipping but then up dates stopped. I have been unable to open the shipment icon. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response. I'm so tried of scams like this especially when you think you have done your research. What action can be taken to report this company.

Do not use this company - I received products that were not fit for purpose as described when purchasing and when i complained and asked for a refund i have had every excuse under the sun, willing to exchange, do not refund etc. This company is a complete rip off, my products were faulty so should be refunded. DO NOT USE or ORDER from Edge Essentials they do not comply with your consumer rights

another fire, another loss of life another order is important to us, so asked for it to be cancelled. Response was sorry its been shipped so cannot cancel. (although tracking number also goes nowhere, apart from telling me info regarding shipped status has been recieved). Will claim money back from credit card under section 75 - avoid this company like the plague

Never received anything and now I have to get the bank to refund me because they don’t answer back. SCAM

This place is a Total scam reading other reviews I see they experienced a lot of fires including the fire that effected my shipment that I never received.. Do yourself a Favor & Save your Money it’s a scam!

If I could give a zero star I would. I clicked on website to order then went back to look at something again. It had banking information in already do not know how. Charged my account 4 times, my checking account was low and I didn’t realize that it had charged my account 4 different times until check account 3 days later. So not only did they charge me 4 times but also got overcharged on checking account for they charge each item separately so I had $210 overdraft charges on my checking account, plus the $100 for the order that I didn’t want. My order was only $30. So my $30 order that I have never received ended up costing me well over $300 right at Christmas time. Thanks so much edgeessentials. I hope you have a nice Christmas and sleep good at night for steal from people.

SCAM do not order. This company is terrible and ripping people off!! It should not be advertised on TikTok or instagram either.

Ordered 2 wallets and aside from seeing the charge on my account, I’ve received zero communication. This company is scamming people. Wish I had seen these reviews prior to my order. Don’t waste your time or your money.
