Sarcastic agents not required

If youve got agents taking calls for complaints you need to make them less sarcastic. The one I was unfortunate enough to encounter made me more frustrated and more eager to cancel my direct debits with yourselves which i did. Im now looking for another provider

Booking an appointment to install a Linky meter was made easy by the lady that dealt with my call. She was very helpful and spoke very good English as some things are difficult to explain when your not totally fluent with the language.

Excellent service yet again

Despite a relatively long wait for an advisor (5mins+ at international rates) the advisor was extremely helpful as seems to be the case always with this English speaking helpline.
The advisor quickly understood the rather complex situation which arose after we moved house and quickly resolved the technical glitch on mon espace to get us back on line quickly.
Despite the possibility that the changes might take 2 working days, it was all in place within 3-4hrs and all the subsequent ammendments went smoothly.
Top marks again EDF!!

Customer service, efficiency and quality

I was struggling to speak in French to the EDF advisor regarding my gas and energy invoice query, so the first advisor put me through English speaking advisor. Selima was an amazing help to me. She was welcoming, she spoke very clear English, extremely polite and professional. She went beyond and above to help me to sort out my query and advised me how to get right solution. EDF has always been good with customer service but this lady is truly an asset to the company. Keep up the good work Selima. Thank you.

Very good service, but short of perfect

Very good service, yet not perfect. Also, a garden variety of customer service representatives in terms of experience and know-how. All of them were very courteous, though.
