I don't think it's actually a scam but...

I don't think it's actually a scam, but every time I've tried to use my benefits points (from my employer) the venue hasn't accepted Edenred. One was a hotel and the other a yoga place. For the hotel I had to pay from my bank account, and Edenred never responded to my emails about it (it's been more than six months). I spoke to their helpline before going and they assured me the hotel would take the card, but no. So I'm out of pocket and there's no support from them, and I have all these supposedly useful points on my supposedly working card (everything seems fine in the app) but in reality this has wasted my time and cost me money. Negative stars.
